I was a bit nervous about finding and seeing a new chiropractor when I moved to Calgary, but I was very lucky to find Dr. Paul Thibert! This clinic is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Since seeing Dr. Thibert, I have reduced pain in my lower back, neck, and shoulder. In addition, I have seen an increase in my range of motion in the affected areas. Very happy with this clinic and would highly recommend it to others seeking chiropractic care.

I separated my should 2-3 years ago and it’s never been the same. I pretty much gave up on trying to get it fixed without going for surgery. I figured I’d give it one more crack and go and see Dr Paul Thibert. After a few weeks of going to Paul I started to notice a huge difference in mobility and less pain. Dr. Paul and Celia are my absolute favourite! I’ve been coming to NW Chiro for about 6 months now and Dr.Paul has helped me with my TMJ tremendously, he set a treatment plan and it worked. I was barely able to open my Jaw when I first saw him, and now I almost have normal range of motion. As for Celia, she’s absolutely great, she focused on my Jaw during our massage therapy treatment, she always makes sure I’m entirely comfortable with my treatment and she’s a joy to talk to! I have had a wonderful experience over the last 2 years going to this place. Dr. Thibert has very wide knowledge regarding Temporo Mandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder (as he holds several degrees from well known Universities; McMaster, Western Ontario, and Canadian Memorial). Using chiropractic he has been able to fix to a very good degree my TMJ disorder. We are still working on it! Additionally, I would like to mention that he is very nice and friendly. Not to mention that the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly at all times. Hence, I strongly recommend Dr. Paul Thibert for any Chiropractic assessment/treatment in entire Calgary.

I’ve been seeing Thibert for a few years for help with headaches; I also go to Earl for massage. Both are extremely kind, personable, and genuinely care about those they work on. Paul listens carefully to concerns and will make certain you’re comfortable with what’s being done. Earl really tailors his massage to your specific needs or preferences (I always had a hard time finding someone who gave enough pressure until now!) and offers up helpful stretches or preventative maintenance tips. The front office staff are wonderful and friendly — not to mention patient! I’ve accidentally missed a few sessions (despite their email reminders). They’re always helpful in rebooking, and they never treat me like a pest. I’d absolutely recommend giving this place a try if you are in need of an adjustment or massage!

I reached out to Dr. Paul’s clinic over the holidays for TMD / jaw problems that recently developed. I received an immediate response and was scheduled in for an assessment as soon as the clinic reopened after the holidays. I was welcomed and reassured I was in safe hands. The staff and atmosphere is wonderful and truly care about your well being. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Paul, I felt safe, comfortable and saw improvements in my jaw over the past three weeks. I have to return back to Vancouver for work and I wish I could have stayed longer because I looked forwards to each of my appointments. I had the pleasure in seeing Celia before I left. Lately I’ve felt the muscles in my back and legs feel extremely tense. After seeing her my body is much more relaxed and at ease. I used to play very high level baseball, spent 4 years in the states on a scholarship. After my time was done there, I came back to play here and in that time, i had injured my shoulder. I had 2 MRI's, 2 x-rays and 1 ultra sound. I was told the same thing by those doctors "i need to go to physio". So off I went, spent almost a year doing physio and no signs of improvement. One of my baseball friends recommended I try acupuncture (as it worked for him), so I went to see Paul. For a guy that has never been a fan of needles, Paul did an amazing job at maintaining comfort and clarity in what he was doing. He gave me a small brief on what he intended to do and what i should feel. After a couple visits, I noticed a difference already in how long it takes for my shoulder pain to kick in. The girls at the front desk couldn't have been more nice, super friendly. I would recommend anyone looking for a guy that knows what he is doing, and remembers you for you, and not as another patient, to give Paul and his clinic a visit.

Great Chiropractor and a Great Massage Therapist! Dr. Thibert has an approachable, friendly and compassionate personality. He listens to my complaints du jour and adjusts accordingly. There is no cookie cutter adjustment mentality here! After an adjustment, I’m always taller and the world is brighter! The office staff are also personable and work to accommodate my drop-in habit. Earl is one of the best massage therapists I have visited! He has many tools in his toolbox. He is very personable and you feel like you are truly being heard. He explains what he will need to do to address some of the aches. His suggestions for exercises and stretches are presented in a friendly and knowledgeable (vs know-it-all) fashion. Now that he has added cupping to his repertoire, I get to leave looking like I was playing with an octopus – lol. Seriously, the cupping adds an amazing level of relief. I am very happy with choosing N.W. Chiro and Physio, located across from Sir Winston Churchill high school,. Having tried others and feeling unsatisfied with results , I went for convenience and wanted a place I could walk to after rupturing my quad tendon twice in 3 months. Needless to say I was in a brace for 6 months. Stiff like a railroad track. At my age injuries like this are not easy to come back from. Speaking of back Dr. Paul has brought my back back to life and Joanne in physio, has helped stabilize my knee so I actually believe it can get better. So Thank You for the attention and personal touch you put to my recovery program . They are close to transportation, have a clean office and make you feel comfortable. I didn't like the fact they didn't tell me my benefits were up and I got charged for two visits when I wasn't expecting it. I wish they would have told me my benefits were up before my visit. This is why they get 3 stars. Other than that they are excellent. Update: I have given them back there stars. They called me and resolved this issue in a very polite and professional manner. Will recommend to anyone who needs a new back!

I recently followed Chiropractor Dr. Thibert from his old clinic downtown to his new clinic in NW Calgary. I sustained a wrist injury last winter and he has been treating it with adjustments and acupuncture. After having constant pain, I felt immediate relief after having him treat me. JoAnne Gratton Helped me during the recovery process from a concussion when she was in Northern BC. She was able to help me both on the cognitive and physical side and was really good at working on the injury mechanism rather than treating the pain. She always took the time to explain exercises with the proper form, the feelings and the objectives. She remained available to answer questions I had in between appointments and I could tell she cared about my recovery. I have had chronic back pain and injury for over 10 years due to too much time working at a desk. I enjoyed technical writing, but was frequently sore or had limited mobility as a result of too much sitting. I used treatments such as physio, massage, dry needling, and exercise at various times but without long-lasting results. Through BNI I became educated about chiropractic care and decided to try treatment with Dr. Thibert. He assessed my condition, recommended a treatment plan and discussed care goals for pain reduction. After several treatments the constant pain was gone, my mobility has improved, and I feel much better. Our health system is focused on sick care, however, chiropractic care is focused in wellness, which is superior treatment that avoids the need for pharmaceuticals with side effects. This is the first chiropractic treatment I have had in some 35 years with great results. I am continuing treatment with a reduced frequency of 2 visits per month together with daily exercise to maintain my well-being and avoid reoccurrence of back pain.
