I have been seeing Dr. Kayti Bates off and on for about 2 years now. I went in originally after I saw her extensive sports background and personal accomplishments and education. She is very familiar with sports and has been my go-to bodyworker for crossfit and now jui jitsu. She sometimes works on my old ball injuries (neck) doing adjustments, and other times she does needling or deep tissue massage. For most injuries I see her 2-3 times every second day and it's gone in a week. Most of my injuries might get better on their own given rest and time, but Dr. Kayti speeds up my recovery from weeks/months to days. Some injuries are more chronic like my shoulder/neck and I go in just for some work on those when they get flared up by my sports. I have recommended her to other crossfitters and coworkers and we all continue to see her as needed. Unlike other chiropractors, she uses a variety of tools, does not over-diagnose, and most importantly, supports her clients' goals. Will continue to see her. Highly recommend.

I have been to this place many times now..I was hoping I will get better ..but instead I get worse..I went there for my back pain to dr Katie..she did me some massage for the first time..which was okay..and second time she did some needling and I was feeling little better after that..so I started following her every week..but third time she did the needling again..n than it start getting worse..I told her that it hurts me a lot..but she did me the needling next time again..which left a blood clot in my hip..n even than I went again to ask her that if some thing is wrong, on that day I didn't had appointment..but I went to just ask..n she told me that she can't just tell me..I have to come for the appointment than she will check n tell me ..so I went on my appointment day..which was the recent one..n she just told me some exercises on that day n said that it can happen some time that the needle can hit some tissue..but I told her that now I can't even walk properly..n I showed her that blood mark which I still have on my hip..n she said that needle might have hit some tissue n the blood pooled there n this mark can b permanent ..I said I dnt worry about the mark..m just worried about the pain..she said it will go and she told me to come n get checked up after holidays..now it's been two weeks..I can't even move properly..can't sleep properly..n there is this pain which is not going at all..m totally upset with her..I was hoping I will get better..but she made me worse ..n I dnt know how this place have so good reviews..n people say they have get better..n that's why I went there in hope that this place will treat me..but no..it got worse..totally upsetting..waste of money n time..

If you are looking for a Chiropractor that goes above and beyond I would strongly recommend Dr. Kayti Baytes. She really takes the time to understand the root of a problem rather than just addressing the obvious point of pain / issue. She takes real time each session to work on the issue and she practices a wide range of treatments so I don't need as many appointments. I have seen many good Chiro's, Physio's and Sports Med Doctors over the years and since I've started working with Kayti I haven't needed as many alternate treatments. The staff at Evolve is also great, would strongly recommend this place!

Met Valerie for physiotherapy and Pansy for massage. Both were very good! Valerie is one of those who actually works on your body hands on.. So she actually devotes all her attention and time on you while she sees you rather than putting you on a heat pad and seeing other patients at the same time as you're booked to be treated. Pansy treats you in areas that no one ever did! With her pressure, it can be painful at times but I felt and saw the difference in the range of my motion right away. She knows where to massage for sure!

I have been going to Evolve for more than 2 years and I am glad I found it but this time I was not happy for assuming that I did not pay for the services rendered for a day that I knew that I already paid. I asked for receipt and whoever took my payment did not put it through and wanted me to pay again before they issue a receipt to reimburse. I emailed my statement that I paid already and called me after that they will email my receipt shortly without apologizing on their side. I am giving 5 starts to Shelan, Stephan and Valerie for taking care of me and only three stars the front desk. I still miss Christine as she is the best and was not sure why she left.

I never normally leave reviews but I had to for Sasha. Sasha is not only a masseuse. She treats. I have never had a professional massage so therapeutic before. She is genuine, actually cares about your concerns and actually listens to your history and requests, while knowing exactly and definitely more than others what she is doing. She has been able to find my true trouble spots no one has been able to find no matter where I went in the past 6 years!! I was sore for a day but I believe in a little pain for more gains and I just couldn’t have felt more healed afterwards. Therefore,I truly trust her. She is my new masseuse healer.

Dr. Defosse has literally been a lifesaver for me. After struggling with chronic pain for 5 years from a shoulder injury, I left my old chiro at another Calgary clinic and came in to see her to see if she would be able to help. Within a month, I was able to go 2 weeks without having to see her and virtually pain free. Physio: Helmut knows what's up! Last year was my first physio appointment ever. I didn't realize how badly I needed a fine tune until I saw a visible difference in my traps. Helmut has helped me realize the important of maintenance. Dry needling isn't the best feeling, but I trust him to get the job done! I also appreciate that he doesn't leave any marks if he does any cupping. Massage: Kayla is knowledgeable and doesn't mess around! I highly recommend - especially if you have tight muscles that need to be ironed out. She seemed to actually care about creating a game plan/homework for tackling my daily discomfort. I look forward to my next massage... somehow I always doze off, even though she is really getting into my problem areas. Kayla is a magician! Chiro: Steph is an angel! Dr Katie Bates is AWESOME! I’ve seen many chiropractors before and she is by far the most effective! I’ve been seeing her for 4 years now. She really cares, takes her time and addresses every concern I have every time. She always recommends stretching and/or strengthening exercises. She’s also very efficient with the acupuncture. It helps me so much for pain relief. I always feel better after seeing her. I don’t work downtown anymore but I don’t mind driving from the suburbs to see her.
