After trying physio, acupuncture, cranial sacral and therapeutic massage, which would all only help slightly but never take away the main cause, I found Jodi. My experience with Dr. Jodi Sheppard has been exceptional. She practices out of her home and has set up a chiropractic office that is professional and welcoming. From the hand sanitizer on the porch to the spacious, bright and comfortable treatment room just inside the front door she creates an environment that makes you feel at home. On the first visit, Dr. Jodi takes the time to carefully review the information that you provide as part of your intake and asks the important questions that sets up the parameters for your treatment to ensure that she fully understands your history and your current issues. She uses her extensive knowledge, training, years of experience and hands on assessment to diagnose and prepare the most appropriate and effective treatment plan. With each subsequent visit, Dr. Jodi establishes your progress and adjusts her treatments to ensure the greatest effectiveness. I came to Dr. Jodi with nagging stiffness in my neck, hardly able to turn my head in either direction more than 45 degrees. Through her gentle use of both manual manipulation and activator instrumentation she has helped me regain my mobility. She constantly checked in with me during my treatments to ensure that I was comfortable with each procedure. I appreciate that we approached my treatment plan together, making sure that I felt that what she was doing each time was having a positive impact on my well being.

After 40 years of disrespecting my spine at every turn, I visited dr. Jodi at a point where I couldn't move anymore. I couldn't wait for my regular chiropractor that I've felt has always done very well with me. I've seen many chiropractors, physio therapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, occupational therapists.. orthopedic specialists, ya lots of bone damage, any how.. Dr.jodi uses the active release method (a series of tools over a strategic placement of pressure) I had doubts, I wont kid, be cause I've had these tools used on me before. It's become evident that was a mechanic and not a tool problem. Dr. Jodi straightened me out to where I no longer had pain which I found miraculous. I'd been taking 2 robax platinum twice daily, and now I was good again. I explained to her my next had a significant lack of mobility for over 20 years and that several chiropractors were nervous about working with it. Dr.jodi assured me she worked with spinal injury and misalignment with stroke victims regularly, so I let her try. She fixed that too. From the top... I couldn't turn my head all the way in either direction for 20 years.. and she fixed that too. I wish their were more stars.

Dr. Jodi is a miracle worker. She uses hand tools rather then the old way of twisting and beating on yea. For years i have tried to clear my sinuses trying to breath better and i would wake up in the morning choking on my own spit. She used her click tool on 4 places on my face and instantly i can breath again and im not stuffed up. 3 sessions and i can move again and still breath. Great prices and relaxed atmosphere.

Attenuator treatment is not what I normally associated with treatment by a chiropractor but it was recommended and it works. Jodi is very knowledgeable and has great patient interaction. I first went to see Dr. Jodi back in September 2019. I had injured my lower back so badly I could barely move. She is a very warm welcoming type of person like me so we got along famously :) Several visits later and my back was starting to feel better. It took a while, but now in January 2021 I can honestly say that it only bothers me if I vacuum a lot or lift some heavy items. I now go regularly so I never have to suffer like that again!! Regular maintenance is the key to health. She is wonderful to talk to and is very knowledgeable. Great price and a comfy atmosphere too. I highly recommend her!

Recently, I woke up with a very sharp pain in my right side that really hurt when I moved or breathed....I called her and she took me right in and found that I had a 'locked' rib. She fixed it in just ONE treatment, rather than making me come back several times. I am 64 years old and feel better physically, than when I was 44! I have been seeing a chiropractor regularly since I was 12 years old - over 50 years, and Dr. Jodi is by far the best. She adjusts me from literally the top of my head to my feet and even my hands.
