I needed a physiotherapist asap and while I could've gotten a referral from a friend, I wanted someplace close to home. I chose this place solely on the reviews from Google. And I'm so pleased that I chose this place. Its ideally situated at about 10min walk from my house. The attention to detail and client overall experience is very highly regarded here starting with personal greetings and cosy slippers as you enter. I has chosen Latin as my therapist and I'm delighted but his level of knowledge,kindness and attention to my concerns,comfort level and overall wellness and wellbeing. Friendly, clean but with limited ressources (front desk and Therapists). It is difficult to get a steady weekly treatment as Therapists seem to only work a few hours a week and no replacement is offered when your own Therapist is booked or away. The downside is you start a treatment and cannot finish it. You are left having to find another clinic for the weeks your Therapist is unavailable. Disappointing.

One wrong movement, one split second, suddenly your back is out, and it becomes impossible to move. In comes the realization that even the most experienced sports enthusiasts aren’t immune to injury. In comes the services of Action Sport Physio who will guide you to prompt recovery. In effect, Latin not only cracked, twisted and turned my back into shape in the most pleasant manner possible, but showed me quick and effective exercises which alleviated pain within the span of minutes. Yes, minutes. Only a couple of days later I was back to my regular superhuman workout and dating schedule, both of which require extensive back bends. Did I mention only ONE session was required? I was treated by Latin when I had to rehabilitate my right arm post surgery. I had 0 amount of range of motion in my right arm when I first started treatment with Latin. At the end of treatment, Latin got me to a place where I at times questioned I would never get back to; getting my full range of motion back in my arm. Latin was a true professional and always listened to my questions and concerns. I trusted Latin when I was in a very vulnerable place of not knowing if my quality of life would ever be the same. Well i was So Pleased with everything 2 years ago with Acupuncture to Physio that I had no doubt where I was going again , This time around was a little more delicate as when I injured myself it was at the start of Covid , But when I called and spoke to Latin , he graciously accommodated my injury that was becoming chronic cause I couldn’t get Physio done cause of the Pandemic, Since May-12 , went 2 tines a week and Latin performed his magic on slowly healing my aches / pains , What a great staff so accommodating , smiling , polite and so geared on making the costumer happy !
