The receptionist does not know what she is doing. I called to ask for a physiotherapist and she said they have chiropractors and that is the same thing. So for someone paying out of pocket this isn’t a big deal. But for people who rely on coverage this is a complete scam. She told me that they provide physio therapy so I had to pay 100 out of pocket only to find out that I’m not covered because they in fact are not the same thing. They should not allow someone to work at a desk and provide false information because they don’t know or either are attempting to scam u. Very disappointed in the service. Please do not put someone at ur desk who does not know the difference between both services and give u wrong information! Very deceiving, I would not trust the people working here because they only care to make money even if they make it in the wrong way

Awesome friendly service from Sarah and her team. The online booking works great (down now due to COVID) and always feel better afterwards. Sarah helped me with an upper back problem using acupuncture and over the several sessions and ensuring I take care of it with stretching I have not had it come back over the past couple years.
