My 6 week old baby was experiencing extreme gas pains, colic and was waking up every hour. He was constantly screaming at night, pulling up his legs, arching his back, etc. I tried eliminating certain foods from my diet, pumping his legs, using gas drops, gripe water, etc. nothing was working! A friend of mine had brought her two children to Dr. Sharon and spoke very highly of her as a doctor and how wonderful she was with her girls. After only one adjustment, Jackson's gas pains seemed to disappear! After a few adjustments, he was sleeping 4-6 solid hours and a month later was sleeping 6-8 hours each night. Last Spring I was refer by a friend from work to see Sharon. I was in tremendous pain with my lower back and down to my right leg for a long time. Plus, it's very convenient that my appointments are short, on time, and at a time of day that doesn't conflict with my busy schedule. I highly recommend going to Bruce Street Chiropractic! The staff is very friendly and my treatment plan is customized to my issues. I don't know why I didn't go see them sooner! (Update) It's been seven months of having Dr. Adam care for my neck, shoulders, and sports injuries and I am so happy with the results! His plan of seeing me three times per week to start, then down to two, and now once per week was the perfect treatment to jumpstart my healing! If you are suffering from back pain, I highly recommend this place????????! Dr. Adam will really take good care of you it’s not just he will do the adjustment, but he will evaluate and keep on track of your progress and find out what’s the cause of the pain and focus on that issue until you are pain free as possible. In mid March 2012 I had severe pain in my back neck and shoulders. I wasn't able to sleep as I couldn't lie down. Sitting and standing were also a big problem. As I tried to compensate for the pain, I wasn't able to sit, stand or walk properly. I went to see Dr. Sharon Goodyear at her Bruce St. Chiropractic clinic. After an initial assessment, she did an adjustment and suggested I come regularly for adjustments. Things began to get better over the next few months. My whole system settled down and I was able to sleep better than I did in years. I continue with the treatments even though I feel a whole lot better. Easily the most professionally run Chiropractic office in the city. Staff are always courteous and on top of everything. Dr Adam is a wealth of knowledge. Dr. Adam and his staff are simply wonderful. I can't tell you how much the adjustments have helped my scoliosis degree and pain. I had an initial assessment with X-rays and was surprised to learn how my spine and neck was out of alignment. I had some aches and pains but as most people I ignored the pain. Dr. Adam is great and extremely knowledgable and takes the time to explain alignment issues so YOU understand what's happening with your body. Together we decided on a treatment plan that worked best for me. There was no pressure to decide immediately to continue treatment at the intial assessment, which is great. I've almost completed one full year with Dr. Adam and my acne has cleared up! I no longer wake up with a new blemish every few days! And if I do get the rare blemish it clears up quickly, before it took at least a good week. I'm so happy with my results and continue with regular adjustments. Great and welcoming staff! But the typical long term extensive-care plan that was offered to me by the doctor, was not needed. And the correction that was being promised for the spine was just against the body's need to maintain the neutral center of gravity, and hence, did not make sense! Doctor was aware of these things but still went-on to offer me the long term plan. And if he wasn't, then that is even more disappointing! My neck has started hurting after first adjustment, but I will have to try a different Chiropractor this time as I do not have enough confidence to go back.

This business did not honor the voucher they marketed during Covid restrictions. The receptionist has refused the Groupon voucher I purchased and advised me to request a refund from Groupon. Groupon policy is very clear: "The amount paid for this voucher (C$56.00) with Bruce Street Family Chiropractic NEVER EXPIRES. The promotional value expires November 1, 2021." (see picture) Following a brief conversation with no sign of remorse or apology at all on their behalf, the receptionist, without informing me why, started asking my PII supposedly to start a file. While I obviously am unable to comment on the quality of their practice, it is sadly clear that their business is only geared towards making profit leaving customer satisfaction out. I am very disappointed with the level of business integrity and reliability they displayed.

If I could give Dr. Gordon 6 stars I would. Not only is he highly skilled and highly knowledgable allowing me to trust him with my body, but he is also kind, genuine and always puts his patients first. He's a busy doctor, but always makes sure his patients get the time and care they need. As someone who has seen many chiropractors in my lifetime, I would choose Dr. Gordon above the others over and over. Thank you Dr. Gordon!

I won't spoil the experience for you but this place is unlike any I've ever been to in the best of ways. Update: Original review mentioned having to go in once for diagnostics, then back again for results and adjustment. Though that remains true, after going through the entire process I understand fully the benefit, even if it adds a few days until you can get your first treatment. After leaving diagnoatics I have an understanding of what is normal vs where I am at, and when discussing treatment plans it makes more sense. In the past I've just gone to a chiropractor as needed and when I felt relief I was done until the next time. I now understand the value of fixing instead of just bandaging the problem. If you're looking at reviews for a chiropractor then you shpuld probably consider scheduling something...

Dr. LESLIE has helped me in ways I can't put into words. Dealing with severe pain for over a year before my initial assessment with this office I found relief within days and pain free within weeks. I spent the previous year doing ultrasounds, cat scans, and a M. R. I with no diagnosis other then my lower back had degeneration and the nerves were being pinched due to a narrowing in the spine. I was told I would need to get steriod shots and to freeze the area from other health professionals.. After a full exam I found out that I have an abnormal neck curvature which was causing some of my pain. Once I talked to Dr Adam and figured out our game plan I decided to come in regularly to correct my neck curvature. After only 1 month of treatment I have virtually no pain in my neck or shoulders. Dr. Brooke’s is amazing. I’ve been to a couple other chiropractors but he seems to have the perfect touch for me. I started getting treatment due to a sports injury, trying to get relief with other doctors for months, but after 1 week of seeing Dr. Brooke’s, the pain was almost gone. Demonstrated, Professional, Genuine Care is what best describes this Family Chiropractic team. At first, before you sign-up with Dr Adams you are impressed by the state of the art equipment. From electronic arrival confirmation, to logging into your personal account and status following by state of the art manipulation tables. Then follow's the extensive assessment and very personal yet professional introductions which leaves you with a feeling of "here someone actually cares". However, "proof is in the pudding" and after only a few visits the "Pudding" became evident and the problems that initially existed became manageable and clear results were evident. Dr Adam's whole team is a friendly, professional, personable and collaborative Swiss watch. Great Job Team !!!!

The Bruce Street Family Chiropractic office is very friendly and professional. Atmosphere is very calming with ambient music and positive motivational presentation. Initial assessment includes on site diagnostic procedures (x-rays, etc.) which provides instant and accurate portrait of each patient's condition. Consultation and discussion of course and length of treatments are mutually agreed upon between patient and doctor. Treatments are quick but effective. Results vary upon patients but I have experienced a dramatic improvement since I started 2 months ago. I have Dr. Sharon as my chiropractor but both chiropractors have received "reader's choice" plaques for the last 3 years.
