Dr. Prashant is great to work with. He helped me after a car accident injury and I am almost back to 100%. He is very calm and professional. The receptionist, Pam is also wonderful! Incredibly dirty. It is clear they do not vacuum the floors every day, in winter it should be done more often than it is. They also did not properly clean the beds or counters in the room. They were very disorganized for the 3 appointments I attended, booking me an unnecesarry visit with a chiro when I needed physio. They pushed a lawyer on me and were making recommendations before even knowing what happened. I was not impressed and went elsewhere.

I have been experiencing problems with respects to tennis elbow in my right arm. My mobility is limited and the pain at times in unbearable. Since I have been attending the Kitchener Activa Clinic for physiotherapy I have noticed a greater improvement in the mobility of my right arm. Im currently going to Activa clinics twice a week to treat my severely sprained ankle. So far, I think its great. My doctor is amazing and makes me feel comfortable, he seems very knowledgable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming, free wifi is also a plus! The only thing I can say is that sometimes they are too busy and my appointment feels a little rushed.

The physiotherapist here is really great. I've tried several other treatments for my rotator cuff tear for over a year but this is the only thing that has worked. I have been going for over a month now and have much improvement in my arm and shoulder mobility and the pain is almost completely gone. He is so helpful when it comes to finding exercises I can do at home and ways that I can heal properly. I would highly recommend!

The receptionist at this clinic gave me inaccurate information regarding wsib and forced me to pay upfront for the physio services. The cost was well above what wsib is charged for the same service. I was out of pocket almost 200.00 They refused to reimburse me the payment and only did so after wsib contacted them as this is not the process that all other physio clinics operate under when a client is clearly under wsib.

I am a fairly new patient I have never been to a physiotherapist until these past couple of weeks from the first day I walked through the doors of Activa clinics kitchener the first person to greet me was the reception and I do apologize to her as I don't know her name but I went from being nervous to absolute comfortable thanks to the receptionist she greeted my with a beautiful smile walked me through the process of creating my files she was patient spoke very clearly to me while I was unorganized she kept a calm cool and collective manor with me the entire time till I went into see the chiropractor I truly n honestly felt like we had been firmiler with each other for quite some time but most of all is her smile the entire time she spoke with me then I met the chiropractor I apologize to her as well as I'm not that great with names I must say I was completely blown away by the way she thoroughly explained each and every pain in my body once again I was spoken to so clearly with amazing manor she is great at her job always smiling and greets me so happily this clinic sure does turn a frown upside-down then while getting my treatment the lady that does this procedure I do apologize yet again for not knowing her name but she is very good to the patient smiles bubbly also speaks clearly with great manor I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody in need as all the staff are so polite kind friendly and thoroughly walk u through every procedure they welcome you with their kind words of concern hearts wide open very friendly orientated I definitely give this clinic a high ten or five stars I guess is the limit it should be ten stars thank you all of the staff at Activa clinics in kitchener ontario for your help and support I'm absolutely greatful to u all Yours truly Miranda Lee Bragg

I first dealt with Activa's Kitchener clinic when they were located on King St east about 4 years ago. Their service has always been friendly, professional and prompt. The most i have ever had to wait when arrivng at my appointment time is 15 mnutes or less. ( Barring unforseen circumstances ) At their new location on Highland road, the experience / interaction with the staff is ever better than before !! The offices are always neat and clean. The staff goes "the extra mile" to make sure you receive the best care possible. I have been assessed at several other clinics by insurance company and NONE of them can begin to compare to Activa ! Keep up the great work !!!

I didn’t have much faith in physiotherapy until my son recommended the physiotherapist at ActivaClinics. When I first started treatment, the pain at the top of my ribs was so bad that you could barely touch it. Prashant Sharma listened carefully and then recommended ultrasound treatments. Within a few weeks my pain level was much better. I highly recommend Prashant. He is a kind and caring man who is concerned with your well being.

The way these clinics are run are not patient focused. They are all about business and money. You are dealing with mostly lawyers and insurance companies all the time. There is little regard for what is best for patients. The only thing that seems to be working for them is their efficiency with treating as many patients in a time slot as possible.

I agree with CQ Piett, completely. In my opinion, a sub-standard provider. Secondary staff may not be top of the line, but are pleasant. Push chiropractics, rather than physio. Physio is not their forte and it shows. Glad I went to a five star physio clinic in Cambridge right after my MVA. My insurance lawyer changed me to here and I'm wondering if there is a connection. Provider seems quite disinterested with my case and that's not good. Progress is diminishing and I'm just too tired to fight any more. 3 stars at best. I was in a motor vehicle accident in April this year. I was attending another clinic for 5 weeks but was having no improvement at all. Activa clinic have helped me with some pain management and they are pros in dealing with MVA's. The secretary Pam is wonderful as well as both the assistants working at the clinic Kim and Russell....my progress is slow but I feel they have my best interest and well-being in mind.
