The Reiki treatments I have received from her greatly reduced my anxiety, giving me a feeling of calmness and peace. Several years ago I met Cheryl, while attending an EFT weekend course. This led me to receiving her helpful blog emails in which she shares positive ideas and improvement suggestions.
