I have been complaining headache almost everyday and i thought eyeglasses will solve it but it didn't hepl me. My wife recommended Dr. Brett as she has been seeing him. After several months of visit my headache started to disappear. Now my 4year old son has started seeing him too. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always easy to change schedule if needed.

Dr. Carter's a real pro who's been in the business for 30+ years and does a great job at breaking down what he's doing so you know exactly what to expect. The front desk staff are fast and friendly, keeping the wait times short and keeping the process of booking appointments as simple as possible. I work a weird schedule as a window and door installer but I can always reschedule with a simple phone call even only an hour before my appointment and they'll work around me to ensure I get my adjustments in even on short notice.

Dr Brett Carter and his staff are wonderful people who show genuine concern and care for their patients. One would certainly think Dr Carter could read minds, as he often tells you what is the matter before you say anything. He uses modern Chiropractic techniques as opposed to the old school "rock, roll and jerk" method. I stronglyrecommend Dr Carter to all of my friends and family.

I went to Dr, Carter after having severe S.I. Joint pain. The fact that Dr. Carter has on site x-ray and scanning equipment was why I originally chose him. I couldn't have been happier with the first class care from Dr. Carter and his staff. After a few treatments the pain in my back and leg was gone and I was able to resume normal activities. Recently I was experiencing "frozen shoulder". I went to my family practitioner, she gave me prescription drugs for the pain. She referred me to physio and massage. Yes i was there.. right down the street from where i lived on Hawthorne.ave I went a few years back and he caused me more pain then I had initially and told me he didn't know what to do to help me. That is never something you want to here from a doctor... There was no recommendations, I am glad i got my money back from the package i bought and went elsewhere.

Do not recommend this place at all. Dr. Carter claimed I had a degenerative disc in my lower back and that my upper back was in pain because of overcompensating for that disc. Discouraged me to go to a doctor because "they just throw medicine at you". Stopped going here because of how pushy the receptionist was when I told her I wasn't coming in because I had the flu. After seeing a sports medicine doctor and being sent for an MRI, it turned out I had 3 herniated discs. Along with piriformis syndrome and extremely tight muscles in my upper back that were impacting ribs. After seeing a sports med doctor, plenty of physio and massage, I am doing much better. No thanks to Dr. Carter. No doctor/chiropractor should discourage you to get additional help elsewhere.

My oldest daughter started seeing Dr. Carter when she was in 5th grade for excruciating leg pains and migraine headaches. Her pain would keep her (and me) up at night and home from school (and work). Seeing Dr. Carter for regular adjustments has improved these and may other issues 100%! She is in 12th grade now and has virtually no pain and no migraines. My youngest, who does competitive cheerleading, also goes to see Dr. Carter regularly and we have seen many improvements in her back and neck pain, in her circulation and adjustments have improved the strange dizzy spells and light headedness she was experiencing during exercise.
