His bed side manner leaves you feeling welcomed like visiting a Regular friend who dashes motivational speeches In your hang out. The Docs hands make short work of your twisted and knotted joints, while scary at first the therapy quickly becomes an addictive pleasure of returned flexibility! They don't have an option for 15 stars.... So I guess 5 !! I discovered this place while driving around, I was in excruciating pain. I had a major fall 6.5 yrs ago. I've been seeking help for relief and never got it. The dr. Did an assessment, which no other dr ever did on me !!! Ive been using their spinal decompression , shock wave and laser for my disc damage and sciatica. My lower back is an absolute mess. I burst out tears of joy !! I experienced no pain for the first time in 6.5 yrs !!! I've never met a chiropractor with such incredible knowledge. He is absolutely amazing !!! I feel so blessed !!!!!

Dr sterling was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything very clearly to me. I threw my lower back out, I could barley walk and when I did it was extremely painful. After two visits I felt I was back to about 80% I would highly recommend him, great, easy experience.

Dr. sterling, simply put is the Best! The atmosphere and energy in his office is very warm and welcoming. He is prompt but when your in the room you are the most important part of the day! He is effective on my 6”5- 195 pound husband and on my 5&7 year olds. I’ve been seeing sterling for at least 5 years now and wouldn’t change a thing! His wife is also absolutly amazing at body work!

At first I was a little unsure after trying so many different chiropractic clinics but this one is by far the best! Sterling is very knowledgeable and I love the "homework" he gives me to help me understand that I can help further increase my healing process without having to do very dramatic changes overnight. Sterling, has literally put my head on straight. I broke my back in a motorcycle accident in July 2018. I spent a year and a half doing the physio thing and being told not to go to a bone cruncher as they called it... I run a small business around the province and don't have much time for me. So i just soldiered on. I thought this was just the way I was going to live. Numb finger tips, numb toes. Cold hands at random. Unable to stand up straight, migraines, memory issues, focus and concentration. I've lived and worked all around Canada, and there have only been 2 Chiropractors that ever impressed me, a guy in Kingston Ontario, and Now Dr Sterling. He has the know-how, the concussion training, Shockwave therapy and some other very cool offerings to aid in other aspects of recovery. The main and ultimately most important thing to me, was that he genuinely cares, he is so very upbeat that it transfers to you and you leave both spiritually and physically happier. He's brought me a lot closer to being back on the top of my game. Thank you Sterling. The front staff, Sheena and Tara are both very welcoming and round off the experience, by both being sincere and friendly. They listen to my lunacy and juggle all of the other people simultaneously. They work their magic and find ways to accommodate my ridiculous schedule and have even gone so far as to sweet talk the good doctor on my behalf! hmm I think I'm starting to sound like a weirdo.. Dr.Armata and his wife Christine are kind, caring and helpful people who genuinely care about your health and overall wellbeing. I started seeing Sterling 8 months after I suffered from a severe concussion. At that time I had exhausted many other avenues from healthcare professions without seeing any real improvement. I was unable to work or do much of anything. Once I met with Sterling I knew right away I was in the care of someone who was extremely knowledgeable in concussions and who has extensive training in neurological functioning. After meeting with Sterling and having my complete neurological assessment, he set me up to meet with Christine, who is also very knowledgeable and understanding. I saw Christine for nutrition counselling, after gathering a comprehensive past history on my life and situation she was able to come up with a diet plan directed solely for me. After 3 months of regular adjustments and following the diet that Christine gave me my life has improved drastically. I have been able to get my life almost back to where it was before my accident and have been able to start a return to work program. I still have a journey ahead of me with my recovery but with these two amazing people on my team I know I will get through it. Lasting results matter! After surviving a plane crash 11 years ago, numerous surgeries and countless efforts to get my body back in one piece again, I was still left with chronic pain throughout my body. Pain pills were not a solution for me. In one last ditch effort to get relief I found Sterling... that changed everything in my life! He is the only chiropractor that could actually get to my locked up sacrum area and his "shock wave" therapy got to the deep tissues in my hips, quads and IT bands. I went to Sterling due to years of chronic neck pain that I was getting no answers for. Sterling knew right away something was wrong and gave me a piece of paper that pinpointed an area of concern. I went to an MRI appointment and received a call the next morning that I had a large tumor growing in that exact area. After a 15 hour spinal surgery, I am now healthy again and living pain free. The piece of paper Sterling handed me that day saved my life because the tumor was growing rapidly and into the blood vessel of my brain. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work and clients.
