I have been under Doctor Dean's care for many years. I have seen many chiropractors over the years some good , some bad and some real quacks, lol! Dr. Dean is in a class of his own. I think his number one skill is that he listens very well. Something that you don't always receive when you visit a professional in the medical field. I have an ongoing physical condition and I can always count on Dr Dean to make me feel better. The staff that i have interacted with have always been very helpfull and kind.

Section 1- I will never do business with Ochard Park Chiropractic/physiotherapist Center ever again neither will I ever recommend anyone To your place of business . I have been coming here for almost a 1.5 years and it’s unfortunate that because of Karen and Karla I have cut tides. I must say Dr. Jeff and Amber ( who i see) are both excellent practitioners. However, karla and Karen are two very unprofessional, condescending and impersonal individuals! they lack customer service skill sets. I have mentioned Karla’s attitude ( last year I was 5mins late however I was in the elevator when Karen called me demanding my whereabouts and how I will be charged for being late! ) to Dr. Jeff, last year at that time i ignored her unprofessionalism because I thought she was just having a bad day. With Karen you always felt rushed! I told Dr. Jeff, that he was the only reason why I would continue doing business there.

I want to extend a huge Thank You, to Dr.Joey Morneau. I came into the clinic today due to severe pain in my neck and upper back. I had no sleep the night before and was desperate for someone to help me today. This clinic was the only one open during a Saturday with available appointments. Reception at the office was genuine and efficient. After Dr.Joey took his time to assess my problem and thoroughly go over some health history, he was able to start the process of correcting my issue. I instantly felt release from my neck/back pain. Now at home, I feel much better and have answers on what was wrong. I will be returning for more corrective treatments and recommend this place to anyone.

If you ever find yourself suffering with vertigo or any other balance issues, I would recommend that you go to Orchard Chiropractic & Physiotherapy and see their physiotherapist, Annick deGooyer. I have referred many of my clients to see her for vestibular issues, and she has done wonders for them. Often, people wait many days for vertigo to pass, when in many cases, the vertigo can be immediately resolved with a visit to Annick. Highly recommended!

Love going to see Danielle for massage! Being an athlete it is important to me, for the person treating me to understand what is going on with my body in my athletics. Being an athlete herself she is able to relate and understand the root of the problem quicker than any massage I have seen in the past. I would defintely recommend her although her schedule is about a 2 - 3 week waiting period right now.

Dr. Joey does a full assessment every appointment and truly fixes me. He has restored my faith in Chiro treatment.

I have been to 3 chiropractors in Kelowna, British Columbia and this one takes the lead. Jeff actually spends time addressing your concerns and doesn't do "generic" chiropractic adjustments that I received at other places. He pinpoints the issue and work's his magic around your problem areas instead of spending 5minutes with you and sending you on your way.
