She employs a Kinesiologist who participates in your session which includes massage/ warming up of the muscles prior to any adjustments. I am never out the door in less than 30 minutes including the adjustment which is about 20 minutes longer than most treatments I have experienced.

After being involved in an automobile accident back in April of this year, I had the fortunate opportunity of being referred to her through one of my clients and I could not be thankful enough. Chiro was a nerve racking concept to me, but she made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked into her room. She is incredibly knowledgable, easy to speak with, and you can tell she genuinely wants to help you feel better. I had two amazing appointments with her before she left for maternity leave, and I have now seen Dr.Toor 3 or 4 times. He has also been nothing short of amazing! This sounds bad, but I really had forgotten what it felt like to not have back and neck pain as a part of my daily life. Went to Dr. Harmony for my ongoing shoulder injury. She was the only one in Kelowna who could diagnose me correctly and treat the underlying issue at hand. I have been going to chiropractors for 40 years and I have seen about 12 different ones in that time, but I have never had one like Harmony. She is as charming as she is talented and professional!! She truly cares which shows in all aspects of her treatment. I have never had a chiropractor take the time to do a deep tissue massage prior to adjustment. This makes the adjustments release so much easier, as well as relief for sore muscles. Unlike most chiropractors, she gives 30 mins of her time rather than about 5 - 10 mins for the same amount of money. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. Everyone I have referred to her has felt the same way. We pray she never moves away!!!!

I don't even know where to start my positive review of Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness, as I feel I owe them so much gratitude. After a motor-vehicle accident in 2018, I had tried physiotherapy, kinesiology and a different chiropractic office for treating the injuries I had in my neck and mid-back. After months of suffering and little improvement, I took to Facebook to ask for help from the community and I was recommended to come to see Dr.Harmony by a handful of former patients. My first appointment gave me so much hope; Dr. Harmony was so caring and knowledgeable - she gave me a diagnosis of the issue and a treatment plan in my first visit and gave me salts for a hot soak in my bath and I knew this was much more than a chiropractor, she was immediately apart of my recovery team and an advocate for my healing. All of my pain was validated by her diagnosis Tiara at the front desk is great at coordinating my appointments and also making me feel cared for every visit. I more recently started massage treatments here as well with Jon Behnke and his technique and intuitive body awareness is unbelievable. Together they are treating the muscular and joint dysfunction in a collaborative approach and I am seeing the benefit with improved mobility and decreased pain. I have confidence that the team at Harmony will get me back to my pre-accident health and happiness and I also plan to keep in touch with these amazing humans even after I no longer need treatment because they are that awesome!

Today was my second visit to Dr Mir. After my initial visit I immediately felt more movement and flexibility in my neck and upper back. I loved the hour long appointment, in depth review of all aspects of my health and problems. A treatment plan was made to my comfort level. Two weeks later I improve yet again after her treatment. I am very much in line with the massage and interferential prior to adjustments, it makes her job way easier to achieve the desired results, and puts you in a far more receptive state for receiving treatment and carrying it on for the following hours and days at home. Exercise suggestions are emailed to you following the appointment, for you to continue to reinforce the treatment received. Basically she does what she says she can ( in UK terms - does what it says on the can !! :) ) The massage was pretty lovely too!! Have already recommended to several people. :)

Called to enquire regarding Chiro for my family, and Tiara was outright rude, unfriendly, and had zero customer service skills. The initial appointment fee is $130, and when asked what this included it did not include X-rays. X-rays would be acquired via your doctor, which is a horrible waste of healthcare resources in an already swamped system. Most places have their own X-ray machine and fees associated with this. As well, Harmony has zero options for a free 10-15 minute consultation compared to other well reviewed Chiropractic offices in town. This is disappointing, as it's nice to get to know a Dr prior to setting up a treatment plan. There are no family plan options, which other places offer as well. In comparing Harmony Chiropractic to other clinics, they have so many points working against them, that it just doesn't make sense to become a client. Dr. Harmony might be wonderful but unfortunately it's hard to see that through the terrible customer service offered at the front desk. **Addendum based on Dr. Harmony's response below: Dr. Harmony, thank you for taking time to respond to my review. That is very kind and honourable. However, you should be aware of the following: 1. Your assistant said there were no options for a free 10 minute consultation. This was explicitly asked as it was a major breaking point in consideration of your clinic. The response was "no, there are no free consultations". Your assistant was not familiar with this policy so I'm not too sure why it's being spun as something we were offered. 2. When asked to book in for your first opening in 3 weeks, this was offered as your first opening for the 1 hr consultation. I will not mention names, but when another local clinic with 5.0 stars on 60+ reviews offers an initial 1 hr consultation for $75, I'm not sure where the justification for $130 lies. This is nothing against your practice, but in simply asking your assistant for the difference and her saying "it's the same elsewhere" is again, false. This being said, your clinic sounds amazing. But to be honest, the voice representing it when answering phone calls completely changed the excitement towards it. Directly after, my family kept saying "I'm just so surprised to have had that kind of experience when I was really looking forward to Dr. Harmony's care". Thank you again for your response and hopefully this review will provoke more positive phone encounters for potential future clients.

She not only does amazing corrections, but she takes time to warm your muscles up with massage or other alternatives to ensure your correction goes smoothly and pain free. Imagine going in for a Chiropractic treatment and having some stimulating probes put on you, to start to stimulate your body and relax your muscles, then you're covered by a heated blanket. After a few minutes a Masseuse comes in, removed the probes and blanket and gives you a gentle massage to continue to keep your muscles warm and relaxed. Now you are nice and relaxed, Dr. Harmony arrives to finish the stimulating massage and gently gives you an adjustment. Wow......the only way to get a chiropractic treatment. Don't you think?

Just had my initial visit with Dr. Mir and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed. I had kinda sworn off chiros years ago from bad experiences, but my Family Doctor referred me to her so I gave it a try. She spent an hour with me!! She even treated me while I was there for the initial and I have to say from the moment I walked in the office I felt comfortable. My past experiences with chiros hasn't been the greatest...but she went above and beyond! After she assessed me she explained everything so I could understand what was going on and made sure I was comfortable consenting to her treatment. What I loved was that she literally told me everything she was planning on doing BEFORE she did it, and she ensured I was comfortable with everything. Then the treatment was just beyond words.....she spend 30 minutes of the initial visit today treating me! (Again, something I have never experienced before with chiros). She massaged me and made all my muscles loose before adjusting me and I just got an email from her with video exercises to keep my muscles and joints happy. The only negative was that she was so busy that I had to book this initial visit a month in advance. BUT, her receptionist put me on the waitlist and I was able to get in 2 weeks earlier so all around, im a happy camper and I get why she has such a great reputation. It is very rare you meet ppl like Dr. Harmony...I am going to thank my GP next time I see them!

Although she was not present to treat my initial injury she was able to asses my once massive, but recovering nicely, injuries and help me to continue with a positive and fairly speed rehabilitation. Her personable and caring way makes it very difficult to imagine seeing another doctor for Chiropractic or acupuncture. I've always been very receptive to acupuncture and Harmony's techniques were no different, except in that they were even more effective (borderline enjoyable). Referred by my family physician. I found the office to be a very calm and relaxing environment. Having a time slot/appointment that is entirely devoted to me and knowing that various treatments are not overlapped or double booked with other patients during my time is a wonderful feeling. I had always been a little skeptical of chiropractors mostly because I was uneducated about the process. Dr. Mir is simply amazing. Taking a great deal of time to explain the treatment. Not just what she is doing but why she is doing it. I worked in a profession for many years in which my neck and back were painful almost every single day. I did massages, IMS, and nothing worked. It's been over a year I can absolutely say I am pain free. She is a miracle worker! Professional, funny, intelligent, I always leave feeling pleasantly relaxed and emotionally uplifted!
