Concussion concerns? Go see Nir Saar! I have been suffering from post concussion syndrome and have seen many professionals trying to get relief from my symptoms (headache, short term memory loss, moodiness, depression, loss of concentration etc). I saw Nir Saar, acupunctarist, for treatment and had immediate relief. He does a lot of energy work and has considerably improved my quality of life and ability to heal my Brian injury. Highly recommend Nir Saar for being part of your healing team!

Been coming here consistently for just over 3 years. I've had a great experience since day 1. I have seen the same therapist in this time period. Had a bad hip problem for years and had gone to doc's appointments and other therapy methods but nothing had worked up until seeing Cynthia and she was able to tell me it was an alignment issue. Place is always clean and other interactions that I have had with other staff members has always been positive!

There is a great atmosphere in this place. It’s relaxing and very clean. Their booking system is efficient and the interface is very friendly to use. You can filled up most of the forms online so when you show up for the appointment you are ready to go. Andrian did a great job in my first appointment. He was friendly, comforting and methodical. I felt great for the rest of the day. The muscle soreness was gone, and the knots were resolved.

I usually see Frances (RMT) who is very knowledgeable, thorough, caring, professional and has a holistic approach to her treatments. She sees me as an individual, not just ‘a sore or injured body part’. I have been treated by several other therapists and each one brings a special focus to his/her treatment, never leaving me disappointed. All the staff are friendly and professional. The clinic is beautiful, welcoming and spotlessly clean. They have extended hours, too, which is great. Looking forward to trying out some of the newer treatments the clinic is now offering.

A Plantar Fasciitis Issue. My GP gave me an info sheet on this. The web gave me several remedies. Nothing has worked for about 6 months now. Kyla had me in for two sessions and worked on areas never mentioned by my previous research elsewhere for relief. She knew exactly what to do and I am now cured. Shouldn't have waited. I have been here several times in the past years for massage therapy for back and shoulder issues with good results. I recently returned for some physiotherapy work and I can see this business growing and truly becoming a one-stop shop for all your needs. They now have RMTs, physiotherapists, kinesologists, diet counsellors, and chiropracters as well. The staff that I have interacted with (Megan in reception, and Medis - a physiotherapist) have both been extremely kind, caring and helpful and truly make me feel welcome. I will continue to go here and would recommend others to try it out as well if you're looking for a good place to go.

Unbelievably amazing massage by Danielle today! I almost never give reviews, but as someone who was in a major car accident and has a hard time being comfortable because of constant neck and back pain... I left this place elated! She made sure I had some take home excersises for specific injured muscles and I even had physio right after and he complimented how much better my back felt than usual.
