Dr Doug has helped me over the past seven years in a number of ways, not the least helping me prevent my neck and back from continuing down the path of "old age hump". Now, my spine is straight and I am always aware of how I hold my head when using my phone, etc. As I get on in years, I feel getting treatments from Dr Doug will be even more important. Dr Doug is always professional and friendly, and his staff are organized and really pleasant to deal with. As long as I'm living in Ptbo, Dr Doug will be my chiropractor.

I think everyone should go here AT LEAST for the initial intake, which includes xrays, and the education class that they give on the second day. You receive so much good information and in simple terms. It really makes you think about your health, not only in terms of how important your spine is, but also your overall health. I rarely give negative reviews as a rule but I'm hoping this helps anyone before making a decision to go in or call. Maybe some people have had the same experience. I went in with back pain and head aches. I was immediately signed up for 6 weeks twice a week. By the second week of visits my back pain had worsened significantly and I had a new shooting pain down my left arm into my pinky finger which I was told was "unlikely caused by treatments" but I did not have it prior to treatment. A week later I was in the hospital twice due to severe back and neck pain which has now been diagnosed as a pinched nerve in my neck and missed two weeks of work - unpaid. I've been on nerve blocking pain killers for 3 weeks now and on going. I would recommend contacting your Doctor and or going to Physio before I would go to this Chiropractor. The practice itself seems more geared towards money and selling their product than they are in treating patients.

The services provided at the clinic are amazing, and you’re never waiting longer than your appt time. The doctor himself is amazing and extremely knowledgeable.
