I have been a patient of Fraser Family Chiropractic since May 2006. I first started seeing Dr. Fraser for issues with my lower back. Currently I am on a maintenance program that allows me to stay pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Fraser if you are experiencing any type of body pain. Dr. Fraser offers a total package which includes providing information on everything from food to fitness. His office is very welcoming and his staff is outstanding.

I booked an appointment because of pain in my lower back and expected it to just be one or two visits. The practice uses a method I have never encountered in all my experience with chiropractors. The information session used for all new patients was very informative and finally something made sense to me about the process that Dr. Troy uses. With all treatments based on x-rays, progress exams and achievable goals laid out for you to understand, its easy to commit to your own journey of healing. With take home kits to help achieve those goals, I am developing healthy routines for yoga, stretching and light, intense exercise that have been greatly beneficial. If you are only interested in a one hit wonder then this is probably not the practice for you; that being said, give them a call, drop in for a consultation and you will probably change your mind, like I did!

The staff were amazing! the doctors were wonderful and knowledgable of their attentiveness to their patients. I felt very at home and I felt such a wonderful warm comfortable aura. When I moved to the area, I saw a different chiropractor who didn't help at all. I saw the Facebook post, and went in to Dr. Fraser for an assessment. Since being with Dr. Fraser, my physical health has vastly improved. The staff is always very friendly and always greets me, and my kids, by name.

Sh!t! I bought a lemon!

I booked an appointment with this company through a Facebook promo. $47 which included a full assessment of the spine and nerves including digital x-rays if required. I have been suffering with upper back pain for the previous 5 months and was super excited to get a proper assessment done. I show up to my 8:45 appointment today and can't find the office. I called the number in my reminder emails and texts and they informed me that I didn't have an appointment. I asked why I would receive text and email reminders if I was not in their system. This is when she told me my appointment was double booked and I would have to wait. Unfortunately, I had back to back appointments and couldn't wait the additional 45 minutes for the other new person to finish their appointment. I would avoid this business if you value your time. They showed zero care about the blatant waste of my time and just kept making excuses that didn't make any sense. You messed up, admit it. AVOID this business.

I've been seeing Dr. Fraser for many years now and he's helped with my hip, back and neck pain. Before I started see Dr. Fraser I was in constant pain and there used to be days where I wasn't able to leave the couch because I was in so much pain.
