These wonderful people changed my life. When I went in I was in a lot of pain. I had numbness in my face and a lot of neck pain. They gradually helped me to improve and other old injuries also improved as a result. During the summer I was training for a big hike and suddenly my knee stopped working. I couldn't go up the stairs without excruciating pain. I called my MD who scheduled an x ray and really had no idea what was going on.She explained that it was hard to diagnose and I would likely have to wait for an MRI and that could take months. This pain continued for a week and was unbearable any time I used stairs. I decided to ask Dr. Brock who had a look. He immediately told me you have a tight quadrecep and to do some foam rolling to release the tension. I couldn't believe it. Instant relief. Crux saved me from the pain but also from dependency on anti inflammatory pharmaceuticals, missing out on training and not being able to complete my hike as I planned. They are knowledgeable and they care. I will be a client for life.

Potential Clients should be aware of the different styles of chiropractics and their typical goals / outcomes. The style that Crux offers, is not your typical snap, crackle and pop style using manual adjustments. I came to Crux a day after tweaking my back, expecting something that offers immediate sensations of change or relief to alleviate the pain I was in. Unfortunately, their service doesn't offer this type of response but I was intrigued enough to carry through their recommendations. I can say that after a couple months of aggressive correction (multiple visits a week), my overall body hasn't felt this good for a long time. I have gone from tweaking my back almost once a month, and waking up every day in pain to a feeling of normal. Although I can be impatient, I don't regret this journey and feel it has provided some the best quality outcomes.

Crux Chiropractic is a different type of chiropractic, no crunching, snapping or popping of joints. It's been very gentle but effective over time. My neck which has been an issue for many years following several car accidents, was missing it's natural curve. I’ve had incredible experiences with both doctors for the past 9 months of attending. They’ve helped me tremendously through my entire pregnancy and now postpartum! The difference was remarkable after every appointment especially in the last trimester! My newborn has began attending as well and we notice a big positive difference for her too. My toddler just recently did his first assessment and adjustment. They made him very comfortable, were fun and made it an experience he looks forward to! He was experiencing pains in his feet going downstairs and after just one adjustment he hasn’t complained of that since! The orientation was in depth on how the "Modern day Tiger" can be all sorts of stresses that have effects on our body and mind. You can tell Crux Chiro is different because of their initial assessments, actual treatment style, and their overall approach to health. Their main focus is to heal your nervous system because they know it controls everything and therefore can either put your body in distress or heal you. They also encourage healthy eating, exercise, getting off unnecessary medications, and calming your nerve system to promote deep healing. This is not common with most (if any) chiropractors in my experience. This is huge when you consider how complex our bodies and minds are.
