They are not accepting student plans and they are leaving there name on that plan's website. I went in more than hour with 2 buses for them to hear that. I take this as an act of dishonesty. This happened over a month ago and they are still on the website

Fantastic! I've been a patient here for over 10 years. Dr. Koch is wonderful. She knows exactly what needs to be done to take the pain away and is an expert in dealing with insurance companies, WSIB and all the complex associated documentation. Dr. Seely is great, he is able to pinpoint exactly where the pain is eminating from and get rid of it. Have also had successful therapeutic massages, physiotherapy & acupuncture. The staff is friendly, helpful and can accomodate visits on short notice. Pain doesn't always wait for an appointment, and when that pain pops up unexpectedly, the staff try to fit me in as soon as possible, always the same day, often within a couple of hours. This is more than just a chiropractic office, it is a knowledgeable helpful informative proactive organization that looks at the whole scope of the issue at hand and treats it in detail. No one ever pushes for unnecessary repeat visits. This truly is a centre of exceptional professionals to deal with the spine.

I have been attending Koch & Associates since June, 2015 but this was not my first referral to a Chiropractic/Physiotherapy. I was originally referred to a different centre, where I felt much less than worthy of their services. Surprised to hear somebody was disappointed with Dr. Koch & Associates Spine Centre. I have been attending for over 1 year and find the staff to be very professional, friendly and empathetic. They seem to anticipate what you need to get you healed fast. Their expertise is above what is normal in other clinics. Not only do they heal physical injuries but are quick to respond to assist you with any mental issues that may have been triggered by the trauma of an injury. It's good to know that everything that happens in their building stays in their building, being highly confidential. I would absolutely recommend Koch Spine Centre to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I haven't been to the location, but called three times to book an appointment. The lady over the phone was very unkind, did not want to discuss anything via phone for my accident condition. I was still hesitant to contact someone at this facility and give them another chance. I received the same rude toned lady and was told that this clinic is not for me. I asked to speak to someone else and was told not to bother. I went through a serious vehicle accident and have injuries on my spine and figured I could go here. I wasn't very pleasantly spoken to or provided with information. I know more things were said that were hard to believe. Like "hello did you what something" as her introduction overthe phone. Not very nice and "ya well that's not for you, you have damage so we don't have any time the day you want to help you". I just wanted to find a time for an appointment that was all. Nothing big. But I am sure others have had a better experience and she doesn't work there anymore hopefully. She also kept saying my name wrong and asked what kind of name is that. Thankfully, even in pain I laughed it off but it was unpleasant to deal with.

Terrible experience. This clinic is managed out of a house that reeks of urine and cigarette smoke all the time, I'm not sure if they even have a proper ventilation. The services are not the greatest either as you will be waiting a long periods of time to get treatments such as electrical stim or ultrasound due to them not having enough equipment and staff to do it. The number of patients that are being treated at the same time in that tiny room down in the basement doesn't correspond with the number of assistants who do the treatments as they are under staffed. Also physiotherapist seems very unprofessional , it seems she spends more time chatting with patients rather than providing the treatments in timely manner. Just overall a bad experience and I will never go there again.

Dr. Coch is great .she treated myself and my family, and still. The only problem is her receptionist Marian doesn't treat us nicely because she wrote my first name of my wife as the first letter only, and the insurance company didn't accept it. When we asked her to change it she behaved rudely, and she wrote on the next receipt duplicated ; which was not acceptable as well to the insurance. The five stars for Dr. Coach not for her receptionist
