After doing my research on chiropractors in guelph I went with Dr. Jay at Wilson Health Services. The experience has been exceptional, they have a welcoming clinic, friendly staff and offer many other health services. In addition to chiro I did shockwave therapy which really helped. He took the time to send me for spinal x-rays, learn my medical history, and explained my injury and recovery to me in plain terms. Being diagnosed with arthritis at a young age was tough, and he made the conversation easy and recommended care and treatment outside of chiropractic care to improve my condition. He was very conscious of my medical benefits and coverage and worked with me to come up with a treatment plan and schedule that worked within my budget. I go to Wilson Health Services on a weekly basis. I've been seeing their RMT Stephanie Samples for 6 years now just to be able to train, compete, and fight in TKD on a weekly. Then in 2017 I suffered from a brain-stem stoke that took my eye site and use of my limbs for some time. During my recovery Stephanie came to me till I was able to be mobile enough to travel to her on my own. Wilson Health Services is a great place to go for all your therapy, mobility, and fixing the machine (as I say)

After being awoken by back spasms for a month and a half, I decided to try chiropractic care. I was able to get an appointment quite soon, and was thoroughly assessed and sent for an cray. After my first adjustment, I slept pain free that night... this is such a big deal! I've been in once more a few days later and am still sleeping pain-free. The clinic is beautiful, Dr. Jay and his team are so kind and helpful.

I go to Wilson Health Services is Guelph for Chiropractic services. The staff is very friendly and accommodating for appointment times. Dr.Wilson (Jay) is very knowledgeable in his field and does an excellent job. He is very good at identifying problems, to the point that I don't even need to tell him what is sore, he can just feel it. Jay and his team (including Hailey and Chantelle at reception!) do a great job with adding a personal touch with their customers. He remembers everything and frequently asks about those things he remembers. You get the feeling that they truly care about you. I plan to start trying other services here since the Chiro has gone so well. If you have never used these services before or are not totally satisfied with your current service, I would highly recommend you try out Wilson Health Services.

Everyone is super friendly! I called in describing my shoulder issue and pain, but I was unsure of what treatment would help. They were able to book an appointment for me same day with Pooja, a physiotherapist. I've been in 3 times and am already noticing improvements. Pooja takes the time to understand exactly what is causing the issue and develops a plan to fix it. I would definitely recommend Pooja and Wilson Health :)

I attended a free dinner last week (Dinner with the Doc) and met with DR Stacey and some of the staff. The night was fun and did I mention I got a free dinner at Symposium restaurant? I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. The new clinic is really nice. DR Stacey is very knowledgeable and Pooja the physiotherapist is great with lots of equipment that I've never seen before to help with my shoulder. After 2 visits i'm already feeling better.

From the minute you walk in the door everything about you guys are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I have been suffering with back pain for a numerous amount of years could not sleep proper unless I was sitting up in a recliner. I went to my 1st appointment on May 8th for a initial Assessment and have been back plenty of times since because after a adjustment I can actually function. With my sleep tracker I was waking / restless on average 30-40 times a night since and feeling every minute of it. After starting to see Dr Jay that has been reduced by almost 100% with only waking up and being uncomfortable 3-5 times a night. The brain fog has disappeared and being tired all the time is no longer a issue. I have referred you and will continue to refer you to all my friends and family I honestly thought I was doomed and that this was going to be the life I needed to get use to because nothing was working thanks for giving me my life back I can function again and going to work, groceries or car rides no longer have me in tears You have a customer and referral for life Keep up the great work Sarah and Lonnie Tompkins

Just wanted to let everybody know that Wilson Health Services will help you with any services that you may need. Chiropractic has helped relieve my chronic pain as well as the orthotics helping my walking and the shockwave therapy from the physiotherapist really helps with the stiffness and pain in my shoulder and lower back. Before I lived in chronic pain and now I am living a pain free life! So come on out and give them a try! If they had 10 stars - I'd give them a 10!

My husband insisted that I write you and tell you about my not so great experience with your chiropractor (I believe her name is Courtney) I had my first visit with her because I didn’t want my daughter driving 40 minutes anymore to my original chiro in Waterloo. I had lost my balance while adjusting the mattress on my bed, and hurt my lower back and ribs. We had a discussion about that and then she did a drop table adjustment as well as using the activator very quickly up and down each side of my spine as well as my neck. She said she normally she doesn’t do an adjustment during the first visit but because of my fall, she made an exception. (I find this protocol unusual) She called later that day to see how I was doing, and of course to be expected, I was sore. Unfortunately, this soreness continued for a full week. My back, knees, shoulders and neck ached, as well as I had a dull headache which I normally don’t get. I had difficulty walking, sitting and sleeping. Not good all around! Needless to say, I am having my daughter drive me back to my regular chiro to get everything fixed. I regret it didn’t work out. Needless to say I was not offered my money back....$80!! :-( No integrity. A few days of posting this review, I got a call from Wilson Health services saying they would refund my money. Very grateful for that as it helped pay for my original chiro fix-it session. :-)

Writing an honest review under a different alias. I honestly thought coming here would be great because of the establishments estheticly pleasing to the eye and Dr Wilson's background, the place is so beautiful and at first reception made it seem like this was a knowledgeable based practice. The esthetic of expensive paintings and beauty is the only knowledgeable thing about the place and that's where it stops besides the chiropodist that is ... I can't speak for physio or chiro. The massage therapists seem fresh out of college and have no credentials of what actual R.M.Ts should have under their belt working for such a "high class" place like this for example the R.M.Ts should have credentials such as Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, or facial stretch levels or reflexology. If I wanted a tiny massage compared to that of one from a nail salon or spa I would go to those places in lieu of wasting my money at a place for "professionals" at 100$ an hour. This is an absolute joke! Another word of advice would be to stop asking your receptionists to book appointments back to back when clientele make appointments, they don't expect 5 calls to try to change them every time an appointment is made or what's the point of making one? I wouldn't reccomend this place if your serious about getting a beneficial massage to help your body ease pain. Please update your website so paitents know exactly what their therapist is versed in. instead of deals and group pricing your website comes off as a beauty college package deal not what your aiming for.
