Best Chiropractors Office in Guelph. Exceptionally skilled, professional and knowledgeable staff, but what makes this place exceptional are the receptionists! Always personable and friendly but most importantly, quick and efficient in solving any scheduling or client issues that may arrive! I would highly recommend this office to everyone. The location is also convenient! Close to shopping and restaurants!

Poor customer service - out of 5 appointments, three were late. One was 45 minutes after the scheduled time, another 20 minutes. I arrived 10-15 minutes early each time. Whether the appointment would be late or not was never conveyed. This is not a critique of the doctors, just a poorly managed reception area and client management. Will not go back.

I have been seeing the registered massage therapist, Abby for over 3 years now. Had a really bad lower back injury at the gym. Abby helped bring the excruciating pain down to only 5-10% in just 4-5 visits. Then, just recently I tore my MCL and ACL in knee while skiing. Abby has gone above and beyond in helping me with the recovery. She gives me tips about what to do and what not to do at the gym. You can tell she isn't in the RMT business for just getting paid. She genuinely wants and helps reduce people's pain. I am extremely confident in her massaging techniques and really thankful I have found her as my RMT. Definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. Please go visit her if you have a chronic pain or injury. Don't live with the pain forever. :)

I just recently started seeing Dr. Michelle Whitney and I couldn't be any happier. The reception staff are friendly and inviting as soon as you walk in. I saw a previous review that said there were long wait times but that hasn't been my experience at all. I am a little uneasy getting adjusted and Dr. Michelle makes me feel very safe and comfortable. I've been working from home so I've been very stiff and uncomfortable and after my first adjustment I felt 100% better. They are also so accommodating if you have to cancel or reschedule. Highly recommend!

Dr Paul is truly the definition of the perfect Chiropractor. He explains everything in a way that anyone can understand, and ensures you understand. Very responsive to questions and concerns and is able to find and connect any issue you're having. He is a Chiropractor who doesn't want to simply give you a "quick fix" to feel better. He will give you ideas and tips on things to do to assist in continuous positive health. As well, the reception staff is truly wonderful and will only make you smile! Just the best!

Very good chiropractors but very poor reception, no accommodation for severe issues and no communication with the chiro and no support for treatment recommendations made by their own chiros... Very poor management do not suggest for anyone seeking relief at all. Useless.
