My family and I have been seeing Dr. Steve for years now, he is in one word "fantastic". Dr. Steve isn't interested in just making an adjustment, his main goal is finding the root of the problem and solving it. He's given me workout plans, stretches, ergonomic advice, the list goes on, and of course numerous adjustments. I always leave Dr. Steve's office feeling satisfied that he has listened to my concerns and is doing everything he can to help! If I could give 6 stars, I'd give him 7.

We like rinks. Hockey rinks. Big, outdoor hockey rinks. There's a LOT of shoveling involved but it's worth it. The day after shoveling for hours, my wife woke up in bad shape. Pain. Muscle spasms. Not good. She compared it to labour! Enter Dr. Steve the chiropractor in Guelph. He took a lot of time with us and pulled out every move in his play book to convince some very cranky muscles to relax enough to allow the necessary adjustment. When we walked out, my wife was already on the mend. A day later she was at 90%. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. That's healing.

Great chiropractor! I had knees and back issues for a few years and i couldn't exercice properly. it's now the first time i exercise without pain. :-) At home exercises that were prescribed for me where quite easy and fast (20 minutes per day). The app on the smartphone with video and planning is helpfull and motivating.

All I can say is that Dr. Steve far exceeded all my expectations in terms of professionalism, and most importantly effectiveness of treatment. Since the late 1980's I had a problem with chronic lower back muscle spasms which resulted in spinal misalignment and tightening of muscles. An episode would "flare up" once or twice a year (initiated by improper lifting, golfing, sudden/unplanned twisting of the torso etc.) and typically last for 1.5 to 2 weeks. During that time I would be largely "out of commission", During the nineties I went to see a couple of chiropractors in KW. Both provided effective but temporary treatment through adjustments. In 2006, I experienced another set of spasms while changing a flat tire. To make a long story short I went to see Dr. St. Clair and despite the fact that I'm now much older (and you would think more apt to have a problem)...I have not had a problem/occurrence since.
