After dealing with the same injuries for years. Ive seen many physios and have had quick fixes but nothing sustainable. Julie did a very thorough assessment, provided with me with PROPER and DOABLE excercises. Explained and talked through it with me as to why I was experiencing pain and the cause. I found relief in my first appointment and was able to walk home with little to no pain. I was also finally able to sleep better with the excercises provided. Amazing therapist and clinic. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the clinic and rooms. Highly highly recommend.
