Ion's RMT Sam is the best RMT I have found. If you are an athlete, or just someone who wants their body to move and feel better, there is nowhere else to go! As a personal trainer and gym owner, I recommend Sam to all my clients. Dr. Roshen ND is also highly recommended. Working with Dr. Roshen for just a couple sessions, he didn't load me up on supplements as other naturopathic Drs do, but helped me refine my current habits and nutrition to lose weight and perform stronger in the gym. I also highly recommend Dr. Roshen to my clients and anyone who wants to raise their performance or just feel better throughout the day!

There are so many great things to say about ION sure I'm going to miss some things. But to start. They care about improving/fixing the function and issues with the body. In most places I have been, it feels like quick in-and-out treatments and never solving the core issues. At ION they spend the required time needed to explore and identify the problems and work on them. Also, it's not one treatment that cures all. There is a wide range of treatments you can get. For three years I’ve been suffering with chronic pain and symptoms following a car accident. I had been participating in treatments fairly consistently, but week after week it just felt like we were putting out the same fires. My symptoms were being addressed, but they'd flare back up within a few days of treatment, and overall I saw very little progress with my rehab. I started seeing Dr. Ben in January 2021, after taking a little hiatus from almost 3 years of weekly visits with my regular practitioner. Since I’ve been working with Ben, I have noticed a real positive change in my symptoms. While things are in by no means perfect, and there is a lot to undo the past three years, the fact that I am seeing changes in a positive direction really gives me hope that I may be able to get my symptoms more under control than I thought might’ve been possible. Dr. Ben has a unique way of approaching patients, especially ones with complex conditions or multiple issues going on. He doesn't just crack your back and send you on your way; he really takes the time to get to know all the nuances of your experience, and develop his treatment plan to address you as a whole person. I’ve experienced some solid success so far from his acupuncture treatments and soft tissue work. I would certainly recommend iON to anyone looking to rehab something as simple as a recent ankle sprain, to chronic issues that they may have been dealing with for several years.

He's been working with me on my post concussion symptoms and is the first person I've gone to where I've actually seen a noticeable difference.
