Went to Dr. Thomson for a nagging calf and hip issue, was very happy from the beginning with his foundation of knowledge and ability to analyze cause and effect. We worked on my ankle mobility for 2 weeks and the results have been really impactful to both hip and calf. Really like the fact he is a former athlete and understands the wear and tear bodies have been through! Would highly recommend.

Dr. Thomson & Dr. Romero are very friendly and approachable. They both have such a strong passion towards their work and is very noticeable. I suffer from a torn patellar tendon and am still recovering post-surgery and after only seeing Dr. Thomson once, the next day I felt great at the gym. Highly recommend visiting them for any sort of training or rehabilitation needs!

I've been involved in competitive athletics for over a decade so I have had my fair share of exposure to practitioners. Dr. Andrew is one of the very best. Not only has his treatment been effective, he prioritizes a balanced approach with the goal of getting me to a place of self sustainability. He's done a great job of educating me on how to take care of myself and being proactive on injury prevention, as well as simple changes I can make in my day to day to improve my quality of life and movement. I have been in for a few treatments on various injuries and with each one Dr. Andrew has done an effective treatment but then also given me takeaways to work on on my own at home that are efficient and effective. I have always felt that the goal is to get me moving better with as few treatments as possible, not to have me coming back, which I appreciate. High trust in the methodology and the practice.

Walking in to this space is like a breath of fresh air! The clinic and all of the people are so friendly and inviting. I've been seeing Dr. Thomson for persistent back pain. Dr. Andrew does an amazing job thoroughly explaining the science behind a feeling and also walks you step by step through his treatment approach. During and after every treatment I feel a great sense of relief and truly appreciate Dr. Andrew's care. Looking forward to trying a massage from one of the RMTs in the near future! A great addition to the Guelph community - highly recommend!

When I arrived for my massage, Dr. Steph, Dr. Andrew and Emily greeted me with the warmest welcome. Emily gave a wonderful massage, making sure that the pressure was to my liking, and focused on loosening up tense areas, which is exactly what I wanted. I actually fell asleep for a few seconds because the whole experience was very relaxing. Something to note - they have a community space where they'll be offering classes that I look forward to checking out. I thought that was a really unique offering for a place like this. That just speaks to the spirit of Steph and Andrew and their vision for a clinic that will help the community in ways beyond what other clinics typically offer. What an exciting addition to Guelph!

Everyone on the team here is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The clinic is lovely, warm and clean. Emily the RMT is wonderful at her job and is also so kind and caring.
