I like the doctors and the staff and am happy they took me on as a patient. That said, I don’t understand why my appointments are always over an hour from when they were booked. My own appointments have only been under 10 minutes when I finally get in (today’s was 5mins), so I don’t get how they end up SO behind every time I’m there. I’d suggest they start booking fewer appointments a day so the doctor has more time for people who need it. If you book for anything not first thing in the AM, be prepared to take a full half-day and bring a book.

Called yesterday if I need to book an appointment to see a doctor and I was told by the receptionist that is not necessary and I could walk in! Today after 20 min of drive to the clinic I was told that I cant see a doctor now and I had to book an appointment! Absolutely disappointing when receptionist doesn't do her job properly and doesn't value people's time! And it seems like a common theme base on other reviews regarding the receptionist !

I got laser hair removal for the first time and I was extremely nervous but she made me feel really comfortable. I noticed the difference after my first session right away, and she also has the best prices!!

I was here for a walk-in and the doctor here was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I was in good health and I could tell that he genuinely cared for his patients' wellbeing. Will be coming back soon! The pharmacist was also very kind and helpful. He made sure I understood how to take the medication and assured me that I could contact him ANYTIME if I had any concerns/questions. This is definitely the most efficient clinic and pharmacy in Guelph.

I have nothing but good things to say my experiences with Dr. Mesih. He is very friendly and accommodating and always mentions if anything comes or if I need anything else please reach out. I'm also not sure of the pharmacists name, but he is so kind and has amazing skills at speaking to the public. (also super convenient for a one stop shop). The front staff is also very friendly! Very happy I stumbled across this clinic when searching for a family doctor in the area. :)

Dr Mesih has been my family doctor for a few years now and I have always left my appointments feeling well-cared for. Even when you know the office is busy he takes time to listen to you and makes sure to ask about how you are outside of any specific issue you came in for. He’s wonderful with my two children, too. The pharmacy staff are also very kind and respectful. I don’t have any private health insurance so they always help me find the most affordable version of any prescription I may need without any judgement. While wait times can be incredibly long sometimes, especially right now, but staff are very good at letting you know how much later to come in if you call ahead.

The receptionists at this clinic are really embarrassing and liars. They do not understand their jobs and also the most important part of their jobs are the patients. Unfortunately, they know that because of the lack of doctors in Canada, people need them and therefore have no respect for patients. Although my family doctor is from this clinic, I decided to change my family doctor and not go to this clinic again.

My go to clinic with my physician and pharmacist under one roof. On site blood work saves time. Walk-in clinic can be busy at times but they do a great job of moving people along. Dr Mesih is truly a caring physician and Alber is the best pharmacist I've met in Guelph. Highly recommended!

The female doctor was very rude here. I was really sick with strep throat and ear infection in both ears. I am allergic to 3 different antibiotics, the last one I took I had a reaction to so I did not know which ones I could take. She told me she can't write me I need to find out which one I can take? Isn't it the doctor's job to know which antibiotic for me to take?? I didn't go to school for medicine? I was crying because I had already been waiting an hour and in pain and just wanted some type of medicine to fix it. She came back being rude again after an hour with a prescription for me. I waited over 2 hours in total. I have never been told to figure out which medicine I need by a doctor? Unimpressed.

Been going here for 4 years, Always been early for a edibles appointments, and have NEVER been helped within a hour of my appointment. The doctor is friendly and great doctor.But they do not respect apointment .I go to vaccinate my son and my apointment was at 2:30 but they do not call my name at 3:20 .Then I stay for addtional 40 minutes inside the room I was so disapointed .My husband also absent from his work to wait for me as he was drive me.I also remember before 2 years I was an apointment but the doctor is not available it was so rediculose to get this response in very bad weather in the middle of winter.

I had worst experience here. It makes me feels bad when I found that It is receptionist and doctor's choice that what type of patients they would like to take in. I had a guaze that needed to be replaced after every 24 hours due to sensitivity of stitches on my hand. I visited this place and the lady and doctor on reception decided not to take us in because of their own choice. It makes me feel so bad and disappointed, when u live in a community based city and people there they think they own these business or pay out of their pockets. hope they look into it for other people. It is just about taking care of community/each other.

I have been doing laser hair removal with Ayla since summer 2020. After only 3 sessions, the results have been dramatic and at least 50% of the hair is gone! I will be starting micro-needling with her soon. Very happy with the results so far!

Staff is very rude, unprofessional and heartless. I gave my parents previous medical records to be scanned in their electronic records. It's been more than 2 months, nothing has been done. My parents doctor wants to send them to see specialist but he doesn't want to do anything until it's been scanned. Whenever I call the clinic , they say we are too busy and understaff. Staff doesn't listen. For walk in clinic, I have waited for 4 hours in the clinic to see doctor. And the staff was taking patients who came after me. When I ask they said no they came before me. There is a conflict of interest with pharmacy. All the clinic staff ask everyone to fill their prescription in the pharmacy located in the clinic or advise to go to physio clinic in the same premises.

Sat Appointment at 1230pm. Worked almost10 hour overnight shift. Reached home 835 am. Did not nap at all least end up sleeping an I missout my much needed Dr's appt. Reached 1220pm. Was told they were running 1/2 hrs behind. So went out and was back 1/2 hour. Exhausted by now and very sleepy noticed all who had comec after me, were called but me. Waited for an hour an half. Eventually got called 2 pm and got in at 210 pm. Was with Dr for max 10-15 minutes. Then left. THEY APOLOGIZED. You be the judge was it worth. Dr. Is great extremely understanding and helpful. But wait was too much!!!!!!!!!!!

I have always used Shoppers Drug Mart on Clair Rd for my pharmacy needs and I have always left feeling frustrated and upset. I switched my business here and it was the best decision I have ever made. The pharmacist is so respectful and polite. He treats you like a human being and I feel so comfortable and cared for here. He even gave my son a chocolate bar for being a good boy. I highly recommend switching to this pharmacy. Oh and I was in an out in 5 min with no call ahead to fill my prescription!!

I liked Dr. Mesih but the receptionist hag is extremely rude and acts as if she runs the place so I changed doctors. She literally yelled at me over the phone for absolutely no reason which resulted in me having a panic attack. My bf called back and demanded to speak to the doctor, she asked to speak to me and then berated me for crying and told me "I wasn't actually upset." My bf got back on and demanded again to speak to the doctor. Eventually Mesih came on and said he would have a discussion with staff. I don't know if that was a lie because she acted even worse the next time and was snarling at ALL the patients. She is mentally ill and should be fired. What is happening to the medical community?

Does not accept out of province health cards but it is not posted anywhere in the clinic. For a clinic so close to the university you would think they would be more accommodating of out of province students. You would need to pay a fee to see the doctor. Go to the Walmart clinic instead if you have an out of province health card.

I just saw one of the nurse manipulating a urine sample without putting gloves on and without washing her hands after opening the sample. She went back to the desk and on the computer twice without washing her hands after opening and testing the urine. Also, I've been at the walk-in clinic twice, first time had to wait 3h30 before being told I'd have to wait 2 more hours if I wanted to see a doctor. This time it's been more than 2h30 when I called and they said 1h wait. I don't recommend at all, even if the nurses are really nice. It's not hygienic and you'll have to skip work a lot if you actually want to see a doctor.

Great walk in clinic! Probably the best in the Guelph area. The fact there's a pharmacy inside too is soo helpful! Don't have to go anywhere else after your visit. The doctors and pharmacists all seem really helpful and nice. I'm going to make this my go to whenever I need to go to the doctor's.

Service is terrible. The staff does not comply with the 6 feet apart social distancing the receptionists are literally right next to eachother. Don't come here unless you don't actually want walk-in service they will send you home and write you off with a phone call. Half the time they don't even have a doctor present, If I could give less than 1 star I would. Literally the worst walk-in I have ever been too don't come here.
