I began seeing Dr. Meredith about five years ago. I had chronic back pain. My lower back would "go out" on a regular basis for the previous 25 years, leaving me in incredible agony for days. My neck and upper back always hurt and I found myself constantly adjusting my neck, trying to get it to release or somehow magically feel better. I had a bit of a hump on my upper spine and I was having a difficult time turning my head when I was driving. My family doctor told me I had osteoarthritis.
