I was looking for a new massage place since moving to Gatineau. I found it weird that we can only book online, but i didn't want to judge. My husband ended up booking me an appointment, which they confirmed by email. Once again i found this very old school since most places confirm by phone and text since this is the fastest way to reach someone. I replied to their email and thought nothing of it. I have 3 kids at home and had to book a babysitter, which i was ok with because my back has been killing me. My appointment was today, I show up and the woman tells me I don't have any appointment. At this moment i was happy the confirmation was by email because i had proof, which i showed her. She goes on to tell me that the woman i confirmed with went on vacation and never saved my appointment. What a joke. Firstly, why would someone going on vacations be confirming appointments? Secondly, anyone could have taken 2 seconds and called to confirm if they weren't sure before double booking. Mistakes happen and that's ok. However, The secretary didn't bother offering another appointment or telling me i will put your number down if we have a cancelations we will call you asap, nothing. She said sorry and that was it. What a disappointing and embarrassing experience. If you want to MAYBE get a massage, call this place. I would never go back though and have told everyone I know to avoid since they clearly don't care about new clients. What's funny is, if it would have went well i would have brought them 4 permanent clients but oh well.

First time ever went to a chiropractor. I was in great pain and could hardly walk. After an extensive assessment Dr Delorme worked her magic. After the session was over I was able to sit up by myself and walk with very minimal pain . I look forward to my next session. I would highly recommend her if you need a chiropractor!
