I cannot thank this team enough for their help. I came to Uptown Chiropractic after struggling for about two years with lower back, tail bone and neck pain, really not knowing what to do about it anymore. Although I was constantly annoyed by the pain, I felt like I was fully functional most of the time, but now that it is gone I realize how it was interfering with other areas of my life. Now that it's gone I sleep better, walking is easier, and I can sit for longer periods of time, like for example through a long flight, without feeling pain in my tail bone. And if I do feel discomfort, I seem to heal better and faster. I started my treatment at the end of April and had to interrupt my adjustments twice as I was going to be away on vacation. Still, at the end of August I was able to feel like myself again. The healing process seemed slow at first, and I felt discouraged a couple of times as the pain got worse before it got better, but I am really glad that I trusted the treatment and didn't give up. Thank you so much Dr. Jay, Dr. Kelly and the whole team!

We initially brought our little guy in around 6 months of age, because he continued to struggle with tummy time, rolling over and sitting up unsupported. From my own history of receiving chiropractic care, I know that it is incredibly beneficial, and we had heard excellent things about this practice, for infant care. We are so glad we started when we did, as they discovered that he had a lot of tension in his neck (was born with the cord wrapped around it). After his first couple of visits he was sitting up unsupported, and tummy time was lasting longer and longer. It was incredible. His mobility has continued to skyrocket ever since. It is evident that he truly enjoys his adjustments, and feels so great afterward! He is a very content and comfortable 11 month old, and I know that we have Uptown Chiropractic to thank for playing a huge role in that. Very family friendly! With 3 kids and limited options, I always end up having to bring them and the team and the other patients are great with having all the kids ''run free'' all around the office :) I started going after quitting my last Chiropractor 1 yr prior (never felt as comfortable with the kids there) and I started having pain in my back/neck/shoulder again. The pain has really improved and I also realized it helps my seasonal allergies (never noticed/made the connection until the year I didn't go and after I started again 6 months ago). I am also able to regulate my emotions/stress better. I also bring my 6 yr old boy, 4 yr old and 21 month old girls. For them it started just as routine, not realizing the impact it would have on them. For my 4 yr old it really improved her ability to regulate her emotions. She's a very sensitive child and her emotions have always been extreme, now she doesn't have as many ''out of control'' (good or bad) episodes and we can usually calm her down more easily. They are a great team and make you feel at home.

I highly recommend this place. I started bringing my son when he was just 5 weeks old for breastfeeding difficulties. It turns out that there was many factors and indications of stress in his whole body that were affecting my baby's health and were causing his poor latch, poor weight gain, physical discomfort, grimacing, colic and reflux, and constant hiccups. From the moment that I called and set foot into their office, the whole team at Uptown Chiropractics has been wonderful, informative and compassionate. I started chiro care after my marriage fell apart. Stress was my new reality, my body couldn’t keep up. Lower back pain set in and I was then struggling to get day to day tasks done. I had to move forward, life keeps going, the kids still needed me, and I still had work life balance responsibilities. Enter Dr. Kelly and Dr. Jay (and now Dr. Hollie). The positive energy that flows through the office is contagious and after a few adjustments, I could feel the stress and pain melting away. It was such an amazing feeling. I was hooked! I started with 3 adjustments per week and watched the body scans go from then black to now green/white. I have been having issues with my shoulder for the past 3 years due to an AC separation from playing baseball, after trying many other options with no success, i decided to give chiropratic a shot! This was the best decision i could have made! I have made so much progress in such a short time, i have more mobility and stability in my shoulder, my range of motion is back to normal, and i no longer fear re injuring it from everyday tasks! As someone who is completely new to Chiro (and tried to book a couple different places before Uptown), I found Uptown has a great onboarding process and truly cares about customer experiences. (Eg. I was not expecting my therapist John to write down notes about how well I slept etc, give suggestions and follow up the next time. I felt I was cared.) P.S. Drs. Jay and Kelly have been a life savers for me! They literally adjust most of the joints in my body due to degenerative disc and rheumatoid arthritis; from my fingers to my knees. Due to these adjustments, I have been able to cut back significantly on my arthritic medication and am able to be physically active again. Being a teacher in her 50's, mobility was really getting to be a challenge. I am required to be up and down, on the floor off of the floor and bending over students all day long. My son Parker, for the first 3 months was very colicky. He cried all the time, was very gassy and would scream when he passed gas, his bowels were not going regular and his body was very stiff. I started bringing my daughter in a few months ago who had mild torticollis. We've been to our family physician and hospital and exhausted all avenues for treatment, so I thought. I never thought of a Chiropractor becuase I've never been to one.
