Dr. Scott, who recently joined the team, is also a fantastic addition! He gives “homework” and sets a timeline to make things happen! So happy I get to be treated by both! In 2001 I was in a major car accident and was deemed to never walk or work again . After spending over a year in rehab I was on my way down a long dark road of suffering and dealing with all that comes with this kinda of trumma . Since then I started my own business and this is how I met doctor Shelly at the Fredericton home show . She picked me out of a crowd with obvious signs of pain and discomfort after a short conversation she was not long inviting me to her clinic. "the"...chiropractor for you! Plain and simple. She has helped me understand what it means to be attentive to my body, allow it to work for me and show up every day, knowing that she will guide me through the process that will best optimize my physical and mental health through chiropractic adjustments. Why mental you ask? First, I was hesitant to talk about this, because mental health has always been viewed as... "I can't cope with life" problem. But I have been to the hospital. I have had a psychiatrist and a psychiatric nurse help me through decades of treatments. I have been on Anti-depressants since 1983 until 2013. In 2013, she identified an adjustment in my neck that makes all the difference... to me. I don't know what to tell you, I'm not a doctor, but I have not been on any anti-depressants since 2013 and I think clearer, no longer depressed and look forward to seeing Doctor Shelley Quinlan every week. If you think things are not aligned with you, or something needs to happen that drugs don't seem to fix,...give Dr. Shelley Quinlan a call and set up an appointment... it may be the best thing you've done for your personal health in a long time. :) P.S.-It would take a book to describe her personal, attentive, positive, and caring attitude!

I started coming to Fredericton Family Chiropractic in October of 2018 after about 10 months of pretty terrible sciatic pain. I had tried both physical and massage therapy which got the pain down to a manageable level but it was still there and very bothersome, causing pain when walking, sitting, or simply standing. A colleague recommended chiro and I can't believe I waited so long to try it. After about 3-4 adjustments with Dr. Scott, the pain was no longer shooting down into my foot. After a few more adjustments the shooting pain sensation had pretty much stopped and I was walking and standing without pain. I still need a few more adjustments to completely get back to normal but I have full confidence that with Dr. Scott, and the fantastic staff at FFC, I will be there in no time. I fully plan to keep coming for maintenance adjustments after my pain has gone to keep myself on track and feeling better. I was very nervous to try chiro but Dr. Scott was able to make me feel at ease and I immediately felt better after my first adjustment. I started sleeping better and found myself in a better head space, its crazy what pain can do to you. I can't thank the team at FFC enough for helping me get back to an (almost) normal life again!
