Dr Marie at ECC is awesome! After having my baby I saw Dr. Marie after 2 weeks PP, she was everything I could have asked for when it came to advising me through unchartered territory. Being a first time mum I felt completely unjudged, welcomed, and most importantly supported. She is very thorough and takes pride in her work and it truly shows. She always asks if there is anything else she can do, and doesn't rush to adjust you. We went to see Dr Marie to help with our 5 month old’s flat head and torticollis, but due to her extensive knowledge she was able to identify some other issues as well (lip and tongue ties). They do a great job of explaining the process you are going through, the options available to you and answering questions. They provide copies of all your test results, x-rays, etc. to you. The exercises they assign are available online with video instructions and I found this helpful. They were consistently on time with their appointments, which was important to me. I went to East Coast Chiropractic as I had a lot of pain in my neck. They took x-rays and recommended a treatment program where I had bi-weekly visits for four weeks, then once a week for six weeks. During the time, I wrenched my back and the adjustments helped it heal much faster than when I hurt it in the past. I'm happy to say the pain in my neck is much reduced. Luke, at the front reception, makes you feel welcome every time you open the front door. My reason for seeking help at East Coast Chiropractor is perhaps not typical. I didn’t have any chronic pain or serious issues. Over the last year or so, my husband was commenting on how my back seemed to be getting more rounded. As someone who prides herself on good posture, this was a bit disheartening. If this was already showing at age 50, I could only imagine that it would get worse with passing years. The clinic came highly recommended from my husband, who has suffered with back issues and migraines. I knew that it would not be a quick fix, but I sought their attention to address my shifting spine and hopefully reverse some of damage. After a thorough exam, the doctors came up with a plan that would get me in the right direction. This involved not only adjustments, but teaching me exercises, to get me where I needed to be. After only a few months, my follow-up x-rays showed that my spine curvature was in the “normal” range. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Luke, Dr. Scott, Dr. Graham!

I caught a virus during a Spring vacation that left me riddled with joint pain and mobility problems. After learning this virus can take several months to be gone I decided to try some other methods to help me. After a consult with Dr. Graham and learning what chiropractic treatments can do I decided to proceed with a treatment plan for my overall health. After about two weeks I noticed my mobility improved tremendously and the pain subsiding. I was impressed with the success stories of children on the wall and decided to bring my 10 year son in for treatments. My son was keen to try this and loves going everytime. His overall demeanor has improved. Dr. Graham does a very thorough assessment with detailed plans for success. He and Marie make you feel comfortable and confident when they do the adjustments. I will admit, having watched YouTube videos of people visiting a chiropractor, (the snapping and cracking) I was reluctant to give this a try. Dr.Graham and staff were fantastic and quickly erased any misconceptions I may have had. They took the time to determine what was causing my back pain, and provided treatments based on x-rays, physical movement exams, and checkups. They also gave extended care by providing at home exercises, as well as in-house exercises, in their newly renovated movement space. This is my first experience going to a chiropractor and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I have recently finished the corrective care portion of my journey with ECC and I have never never felt better. I am 23 Years old and have suffered from neck pain/ stiffness as well as lower back paid for quite some time, during my intake Dr. Graham discovered that I had an untreated C1 fracture, the fracture causing my neck to compensate and become out of line and put extensive strain on my neck and upper back. Over the past couple of months Dr. Graham and Dr. Scott worked on correcting a slight lilt and curvature in my neck as well as working on freeing up my back being that my back was locked up and had limited movement in four different places. Dr. Graham and Dr. Scott have corrected all of my problem areas, I now experience little to no strain in my neck as well as no neck pain that I gave experienced. I started going to East Coast when I was in my second trimester of pregnancy and have been so happy with the care that I've received for so many reasons. After having my son, my back was hurting so bad that I was no longer sleeping at night due to the pain and it hurt to lift my baby out of his crib. It only took a few weeks of seeing Dr. Marie before I could see a huge difference! Her knowledge of postpartum care is astonishing! She helped me to focus on whole body care and not just on relieving my back pain. It has been just over 3 months and I am now sleeping through the night pain free and I can lift my baby without pain! Our 9 year old daughter has also been seeing Dr. Marie and Dr. Graham for just over a month. The staff at ECC truly work together as a supportive team and collaborate on cases. Thanks to the work both doctors have been doing with our daughter, her ADHD symptoms have reduced, allowing her to be more focused and engaged in everyday activities. Her extreme mood swings have also lessened and she is more in control of her emotions. She has also improved her balance, which means less bumps and bruises. She counts down the days until her next appointment, as she loves playing the games with the doctors and being silly with Luke at the front desk. Our daughter’s only complaint is that she doesn’t want to leave at the end of her sessions! The entire staff at ECC is fantastic with children! Highly recommend ECC! I started with them earlier this year due to extreme back pain. I was having pain squatting, hinging at the waist and even just sitting to drive. I am only 29 so this is completely out of the norm for someone my age and activity level. After a few months of correctional adjustments I am completely pain free!! I can do weighted squats again, deadlifts and have no pain in my lower back. Aside from the doctors being EXTREMELY knowledgeable they have top notch bedside manner. I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at East Coast Chiropractic. My son was lately diagnosed with both tongue and lip tie at about 8 months of age. After my family doctor and a paediatrician both stated the ties were not an issue and not to worry about it, my mothers intuition kicked in and I knew this was in fact a potential issue. I made a post on a Mom Facebook group asking for advice and just about everyone recommended seeing East Coast Chiropractic and Dr. Marie. From the moment I called to book the initial visit, Luke greeted me on the phone and was SO welcoming and friendly. Furthermore, the moment we walked through the doors Caity welcomed us with open arms and we felt right at home instantly. Dr. Marie was also so incredibly welcoming and reassured me that I was right in seeking further opinions on my sons tongue and lip tie. We quickly came up with a program for him to follow and with every appointment we started seeing MAJOR improvements with our sons physical abilities. Before seeing Dr.Marie our son was not able to crawl, he only bum scooted, and by the half way point he was crawling 50% of the time. By the end of the program, he was crawling 90% of the time. We couldn’t believe the difference. He had so much more movement and physical abilities, he was so happy to be able to play and move freely and independently. My son and I both love going his appointments and are absolutely going to be long term patients at this amazing clinic! We started our journey with Dr. Marie because my son (Madison) always rested in a C-shape position, suffered minor colic, and we were having some breastfeeding issues. I was ABSOLUTELY terrified to go to a Chiropractor. However, my neck and back had been in excruciating pain for over 15 years due to multiple car accidents and other injuries and massage and medications were no longer helping. Being a first time mom was intimidating. I knew there would be challenges and I knew I’d do whatever it would take to provide a happy, healthy life for our perfect baby boy, but nothing could have prepared me for the fourth trimester. After an exhausting and terrifying 14 hours of labour and a traumatic emergency c-section, my introduction to motherhood was not at all what I wished and hoped it would be. On top of all of that guilt, we were met with more heartbreak when George could not latch to my breast and no one seemed to be able to help or figure out why. We were told by a paediatrician that he absolutely did not have a tongue tie, but thankfully my mama instincts and dental hygiene education told me to get a second opinion. After very little help, many sleepless nights and so much misinformation, George was eventually diagnosed with a tongue and lip tie and had the ties released. My intuition told me that there was more care needed than just the tie revisions and I thankfully stumbled across Dr. Marie’s extremely knowledgeable Instagram page. I felt relief for the first time in weeks that we had finally found the help that we so desperately needed. To say our first appointment was life changing would be an understatement. Not only has Dr. Marie improved George and I’s physical health, but she goes above and beyond at each appointment to help us achieve the best quality of life as possible. She is such an incredible resource for our community and I would not be the person or mom I am today had we not met. If you have any doubt with starting chiropractic Care at East Coast Chiropractor please don't. I have done chiropractic Care in the past many many times but the difference this time around is the comprehensive spinal examination they do. I entered their office a very emotional and broken down person because of the everyday uncomfortableness I have been experiencing for years from tight shoulder pain to headaches. I was getting massages two to three times a month just to release tension but that still did not work.
