Hi everyone, I am a health professional and can do manipulations of joints myself, so sometimes it can be challenging to find someone who can really listen and hear you and do what you are letting them know you really need. Dr. Travis (Chiro/Acupuncture) was absolutely excellent. I was so impressed by his training, which is incredibly dynamic, and also his willingness to listen and get to the root of the problem and then to do what ever it took to fix it. I can't recommend this individual enough. It it rare to find a chiro that does it all. Aka, some tissue release, some acupuncture, some cool gadgets that release tight muscles, some bands to do stretching. I was so impressed by the wholeness of my session. It wasn't just skeleton focused. Which is so important because we are whole humans. He is also a very kind and present human. Go see for your self. You will be happy you did.

Christopher is such an expert! I came to him for Bowen Therapy treatments and I got much more for the same price. I love the way he explains to you everything about your body’s muscles, nerves and bones. I also get my teenager son to see him to help with scoliosis. I have suffered with severe pain in my spine, hips and joints for over two years. After several doctors appointments, massage and chiropractic treatments, I was starting to lose hope in getting any long lasting relief from pain. I booked an appointment with Christopher English for a Bowen treatment session at Back in Balance and then a massage therapy treatment the following week. With only two treatments the pain in my spine and hips went from almost 10 on the pain scale to about 1! I will recommend him to anyone with back issues.
