I have been under chiropractic care of Dr. Michele Del Re, first for a knee injury that was so bad that I was unable to bear the pain even if it so much as pressed against a mattress but he was able to help get back to my normal level of physical activity within 2 months - and my normal is walking 20 kms - 25 kms per day .. thankyou so much Dr. Michele Del Re for helping me recover so quickly..I am currently under his chiropractic care for my tennis elbow and although it is taking time but I trust his expertise and am very confident that he will help me recover in due time. I originally visited Humber Family Chiro because of the convenient Sunday hours. Once I was treated by Dr. Del Re, and experienced his thorough treatment and attention to my needs, I became a regular client of the clinic. You would be hard pressed to find a more caring doctor of chiropractic. The reception staff are excellent and they even send you text reminders of your upcoming appointment. Went to the Walk-in next door and was referred to the Chiro. In a nutshell, the Chiro gave me, a better assessment, more time, and patience then the Doctor at the walk-in. The staff at this location is awesome and has great customer service. They were understanding to my needs, especially as someone new to the chiropractor. Recently i re-injured my lower back and it was herniated disc. I came here limping and in extreme pain. Dr. Rossi made me believe that it will be fixed and i need to be patient with my procedure. 4 weeks later I am back to leading normal life and 85% recovered all thanks to Dr. Rossi. He did an amazing job and answered all my queries throughout this process. Most of all he gave me hope and made me believe that ill be back to 100% again. I have been going to see Dr Nalli since 2012 and every time, I have left the office feeling better than how I went in. I have been involved in athletics all my life and over the years I have suffered a fair amount of injuries and sprains all of which he has been able to correct. He takes the time to explain the root cause of the pain, not just how to addresses the symptoms. If you are in pain, I would definitely recommend you go see Dr. Nalli and his team. I have also seen two of the team's amazing massage therapists: Rupin and Joe. These guys are are awesome. This clinic is open on Sunday ! That is excellent for my schedule. The treatments are about a half hour and include a lot of manipulation techniques such as ... Thumb massage firmly up both sides of the spine vigorously. Roller massager in up both sides. Interferential Current (IFC) pad on back puts a high frequency low voltage pad on back causes tingling and reduces pain impulses. It is very stimulating and triggered spasms to release out of the my back and some twitches to come and go. The usual adjustments down the back, and on both sides, and both directions of the neck while laying on the back. My chiropractor is Dr. Michele Del Re. He has a good sense of humour. Aarre Peltomaa

I’ve had bad back pain for years due to my scoliosis, I’ve been shy and weary of seeing a chiropractor as I it was not something I was educated about. Angie made sure to ask me all the appropriate questions in order for me to have the best experience. After being assessed by Dr. Rossi, I immediately felt that I was in the right hands. Dr. Rossi took the time to really “Pin Point” my concerns and discomfort, within minutes I felt relief in places I didn’t realize I had been holding tension. Dr. Rossi explained to me where my pain is stemming from, and how I can do exercises at home by myself to help relieve pain. By the end of my appointment I felt more comfortable in my body than I have in years, and I felt more educated on what chiropractic therapy consists of. From Angie, Mike, Celestina, Tonya and Rene at reception, to Nadiene in Massage, to Poonam In Naturopathy, to Dr. Starmer and Dr. Rossi in Chiropractic, to Kyle Perks in Osteopathy, we have received an absolutely outstanding level of compassion, personal interest and care. For simplicity, we will limit this review to practitioners we use that are currently at Humber Chiro. Dr. Rossi gives superior care in all aspects of chiropractic treatment. However, when it comes to muscle release therapy, he is the Jedi master. From Day 1 he is able to identify and start correcting most issues. Whatever little he does not address on first visit, he will address afterwards because Dr. Rossi continues thinking about his patients. Even after the visit is done, Dr. Rossi is thinking about how to make the next visit even better and what techniques could best help each person as an individual. He is extremely generous with his time and always listens throughly. Nadiene Shand RMT is very flexible in her care. Her excellent knowledge allows her to adapt both her technique and the amount of pressure so that it’s just right for a given visit. I remember 1 visit in particular where my pectorals were so tight that I could not signal properly while commuting on bicycle. Nadine was able to restore full movement to the area in just 1 visit. Dr. Poonam Patel fixed problems I didn’t know I had. I have been to Naturopaths in the past and have always benefited. However, this is the first time I have ever felt a drastic improvement in less than a week. This was due to Poonam being exceptionally discerning and applying a simple yet effective solution. Receptionists - There is a great spirit of teamwork and it shows. We have known Angie the longest. She is extremely accurate and knowledgable. Yet this doesn’t prevent her from being very empathetic and humorous. She always goes the extra mile. All medical offices could greatly benefit by having an Angie on staff. I could not be happier with the care that both myself and my family is receiving.

Dr. Rossi is a Rockstar. He always makes me feel like a new person every time I see him for Chiropractic care. My neck gets to a point always where I can’t even look left or right to drive because it locks up but Dr. Rossi opens it all right back up. If I didn’t have him to visit for all my Chiropractic care, I am honestly not even sure what I would do. It doesn’t matter if you are the first, the third or the last patient of the day, he will take his time to ensure you come out of his office walking straighter and in less pain than you were before. It has been years delaying to get my kids soles because I only knew a medical office at Albion mall and every time I asked for information the front desk lady was always rude. Then by chance I saw this clinic and I entered and Ms. Angie was friendly and respectful and provided me with all the information and even though it was a little bit more expensive I felt that be respected was also important but then even that Ms. Angie said to talk to the doctor and explained that I didn't have insurance ( the other front desk lady is also nice but I don'trememberher name). Then the appointment came and Dr. Rossi saw my boys and he was professional, friendly and caring because he gave me a discount which it made it even more worthwhile and for the second appointment Dr. Rossi saw my boys again, cut the soles to their exact size, made sure they were good and reminded me that we had two months to fix anything but my kids have not complained about their feet.
