How would I describe Dr. Chow? 1. Caring 2. Empathic 3. Knowledgeable 4. Professional 5. Punctual How can I best describe his support staff? 1. Polite, considerate and friendly. 2. Flexible with appointments and my ever changing working schedule. During COVID 19? His office is closed until its safe to reopen but after about 6 weeks, I started to experience lower back pain again, I emailed Dr Chow and he called me back right away… thanks to him and the exercises he suggested, my back slowly but surely Is getting better. Dr Chow is a sincere person who cares about his patients; I would recommend him to anyone with back pain.
