Always greeted by their super friendly staff, all their chiropractors are amazing. I also love how they have numerous amazing RMT's available and acupuncture is incredible!!! I would definitely recommend their services and love how they have 2 locations to choose from. One on Lagoon Road ans one on Goldstream, very convenient.

Paid a lot of money over 6 chiro treatments to have no improvement of any kind. Instead it destabilized my spine and screwed my back. Constant sales pitches they make you read as you wait, thinly disguised as "info" in binders.

When I first went in for massage therapy I asked for some information on the types of services and was met by a rude, condescending receptionist. The massage therapist was very friendly, however, after my massage I was in more discomfort and pain than I was before my session. So far, it's been 4 days of immense pain and I am unable to sleep. When I called to explain, the receptionist was, again, rude and dismissive. Worst experience ever. I would NOT recommend and if I could give no stars, I would.

Dr Hunter's attention to detail was appreciated. I came in with extreme pain and no ability to move my neck/head and he managed to relieve the pain and later that day followed up with a phone call to check in a see how I was making out. I’ve been a patient at West Shore Wellness for many years. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s more than one chiro doctor on staff, so they can usually schedule you in (in an emergency) or book in advance with the same doctor. Massage therapists also available.

Dr. Bob is really good, professional and experienced. Me and my spouse both had back pain consistently and after 2-3 sessions I was feeling good. Just a wait time is little more even after taking appointment. I highly recommend thi place.

I go here for both massage and chiropractic. I see Dr. Hunter for chiro and must say he's the best I've ever seen. He can fix in 1 visit what takes other chiropractors multiple visits and a big pile of money to fix. The massage therapists are all good as well. Never had an unsatisfactory visit.
