I went to see Dan with an issue I was having as a result of my strength training and after a thorough assessment, treatment, education and a new set of remedial exercises to perform at home, I managed to get on top of the problem and resume training. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about human movement and what was really helpful to me was the clear way he was able to articulate and educate me about my body so I can also take charge of my health. Recoup is warm and welcoming, connected with Third Space Movement gym and studio and I was able to take advantage of open gym to practice the exercises. Highly recommend Recoup!

I must say he is truly one of the best!
