Great experience here! I like the amount of time they spend with you here. They really do care about your recovery. I came in with a broken toe injury that lasted a really long time, I had made it worse and now very built up with scar tissue. My entire body was off balance from the compensating on the other side. My right(dominant) leg with the broken toe was nearly half the size as my left leg from muscle deterioration. They used multiple techniques to help me find relief, including massage, chiro, laser, skin scraping, and acupuncture. The lady who massage me looked petite but was really strong and able to get the spots all over my back. I'm walking a lot better today and will definitely be back to see them!

I found out about this place through Groupon. I booked a chiropractic session. I was a little nervous as I had never been adjusted by a chiropractor before but Dr. Karima seems to really know what she is doing and kept me calm throughout! I also used the massage services they offer and enjoyed it as well. The rooms do have an odd dark brown color and are not too appealing but the services are great and that's what counts. Would recommend!

Had a great first time experience at Serenity Health & Wellness last week for Chiro and acupuncture. Dr. Karima is awesome! She's very welcoming and so easy to talk to about any issues you are having. She explains things quickly but thoroughly and asks lots of questions. You end up leaving with the feeling you've known her for a long time. My husband and I have both seen her now and we've had great experiences and are feeling much improved.

I've heard that the services here are excellent, but I guess I'll never know! My pregnant wife booked an appointment here 2 weeks ago to get some help with hip and back pain. Tonight, as she was leaving the house for that appoinment she called to confirm the location...and was told she had no appointment at all! Strangely, the receptionist had her information on file but said she had no appointment. I know she made this appointment because I was standing right next to her during the call. My wife has only called this business once, and even had the chiropractors name. We are very organized and my wife had been looking forward to this appointment. On the phone, the receptionist was very dismissive and was just like, "oh well there's nothing we can do, and there are no openings for 3 weeks - bye." It was very frustrating since we have a very busy schedule and she had to take time off work! My wife is much too kind to write a negative review herself, but not me! Thanks for wasting our time!

Best experience by far. 6 months post partum and have seen another chiropractor. Went to this office as mine couldn't see me and they were able to sneak me into their busy schedule. I had a bothersome lower back strain due to improper lifting so I decided to seek a chiropractor. Dr. Dhaliwal answered my call and booked me in right away. This was going to be my first chiropractic therapy and after reading on the internet about it I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. First off before he did anything, Dr. Dhaliwal explained everything to me and even was able to give me an idea of how many visits I would likely have to make in order to recover fully. In the end I believe he was very close (within 1-2 visits). In total I believe it was 6 or 7 visits and the pain was gone. In addition to the 1/2 hour long appointments I was taught stretches I could do to help moving forward and to speed the healing process. Dr. Dhaliwal is friendly, patient, and knowledgable. Tring to think of a criticism but nothing is coming to mind, I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been going to Serenity for over a year now. I absolutely LOVE all the staff. Processes have changed since covid as before I was welcomed by the administrator and waited for my appointed for Chiro or Massage. Now because they are following covid protocols they can only have one client at a time in the office so it is best to not arrive early unless you don’t mind to wait a few minutes as they need to sanitize everything between clients. These ladies have helped my health immensely with the services they provide. I highly recommend Serenity!

Only thing I'm not a fan of is the door is locked when they are in a session with another customer. I tried coming in 3 times and the door was locked each time so I gave up. I imagine I am not the only person who experiences this which in turn means lost business for this place. My suggestion would be to hire a receptionist or leave the door open for walk in patrons and put a bell at the front desk. Service is good if you can get inside.

I recently went for a massage, and it was fantastic! I felt so nice afterwards. The only feedback I would like to pass on is to maybe consider better soundproofing or a noise machine in the massage room, as one can hear the voices, especially the more prominant ones, and the door chime as well. I have since rebooked, and have referred my husband over as well. We love that our insurance provider is billed directly. I’m looking forward to continuing our treatment with Miheala.

Just awful, tried going here at 10 am when there supposed to be open. Walked to the door at 10:15 and I was still locked not a soul in sight. Called them and left a message its almost 11 am now and still no call back. I’m in A tremendous amount of pain in my back. Its not okay to post online your business hours and have customers show up to an closed business. Luckily some random Citizen saw me and told me about a different chiropractor that is open in Lews estates.
