The worst experience I have ever endured in a "doctor's" office. Felt like it was a cult. Over an hour filling out paperwork, getting a tour, which I was introduced to the artwork on the wall, and now know the name and year of the very first chiropractic doctor and treatment in the 1800's! Information which has no relevance to helping with the pain I am going through. I had an in-depth ear full of the spinal cord and nerves, how babies are made, and how they can be out of line when they are "pulled" out. I gave all my personal information, credit information and even had my picture taken after I said I wouldn't be coming back. I also have my own "card" to sign into the computer if I was to go to a treatment. It might tell me to take a pamphlet! I won't get my "first" treatment until after xrays, & I ALSO attend a CLASSROOM setting where others will be, (no idea how many will attend but there are only two times a week you can do this and they request you bring a loved one!) THEN I will get a treatment along with the rest of the class!!! Never been so disappointed. What a complete waste of my afternoon...time...you can never replace that! And the bill will get emailed to me tomorrow....

Dr.Brad and Dr.Genevieve Ford and their reception staff Krystal and Laura the nicest people you will ever meet. Upon arrival to the clinic, you are greeted by your first name and a warm smile. They are never too busy to answer questions or concerns and are very accommodating when it comes to rescheduling appointments. Dr.Brad always answers with a smile when it comes to my spinal health and everything in between. Sticking to the recommendations for weekly chiropractic adjustments has made HUGE improvements in my life and I no longer live in daily pain! Sometimes chiropractic care can be daunting and a little intimidating with the traditional manipulations. I’ve tried a ton of chiropractors and very few have been successful with treating my migraines as I have a hard time relaxing for the adjustment. With Dr. Brads technique I’ve had the most success with my tmj/migraines and I can’t thank him enough. If you’re nervous and have been scared about getting treatment but want to experience the benefits of chiropractic care this is the best way to do that. The front staff are also the sweetest things as well. Those ladies always bring a small to my face.

Over the past 20-plus years I have been to several different chiropractors due to moving around the province. At Hope Chiropractic, Dr Brad has provided such a great service with his gentle Chiropractic techniques. I came to Hope Chiropractic shortly after re injuring my back while building a snowman for my children. Over the course of the next few weeks before I was able to start getting adjustments by Dr Brad I slowly experienced symptoms from pinched or damaged nerves which caused me to lose some feeling and replace it with pins and needles over the entire right side of my torso.. Within a couple of weeks the feeling in my torso returned to normal and my back Health has improved greatly! The staff at Hope Chiropractic go above and beyond. I was very impressed by the first two appointments in which they focus on educating their clients. Dr. Brad doesn't do his first adjustment until an initial assessment is done and X-rays are taken, this way he knows the unique issue before blindly guessing at your problem. The process to begin treatment is admittedly very overwhelming, but it’s absolutely worth the time and effort and money to go through their assessment/info session/first treatment process to get on the way to better health. My whole family has been treated by Dr. Brad for 3 years and we have seen some incredible changes to our health. I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis for 24 years, but have been entirely symptom free for a year now. My daughter used to suffer terribly from restless legs and that hasn’t been an issue since the first month of treatment. I can’t recommend this office enough.

Dr. Brad's approach to Chiropractic adjustments is very gentle and specific. I like this style of adjustment because I feel like he's able to really zero in on the areas that need to be addressed. The clinic itself is very nice and all of the staff are friendly and supportive, they really go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable in the clinic. The unique pricing structure at this clinic is also a plus, they've made individual visits cheaper than other clinics I've been to; this allows you to come in more often if necessary to give your body the support it needs instead of trying to spread out visits to save cash.

Upon arrival appears to be a very professional and polished practise. All T's are crossed and I's are dotted. Maybe too much so. It felt very robotic and scripted. My first thought was that the setting leans towards religion. There's quotes and religious scriptures posted on the walls with religious / Christian music playing through the ceiling speakers. A little too much influence for a public practise. Instantly uncomfortable. Upon being greeted; the onboarding process starts and feels as though you are being "handled". The walk through of the process was incredibly scripted and felt disingenuous. Immediate thought was "Stepford Wife" (Older generation will get this reference). I felt like I was in a live commercial being filmed for production. First flag was; while they appear to be technologically endowed with their operation; they do not direct bill insurance. Instead they maintain a database of your credit card information for all future billing that automatically happens 1 / month. Noted the sliding scale of fees that give clergy members a discount....... Next came the office tour....bizarre. I was given a thorough talk about each marketing poster that's on the walls. Again; I'm sure this is a candid commercial taping that I'm in. Next up...I'm lead into the assessment room and asked to change into a gown to allow my spine to "warm up". Last I checked...I'm a warm blooded mammal and sitting motionless in a gown for 15 minutes isn't going to change that. But what this time also did was put me in front of a video they make you watch about the history of the practise of chiropractors. I checked emails instead. I'm not here for a history lesson. The actual assessment was pretty standard issue not unlike ones I've had in the past with exception of this one was done by the front desk staff vs the Dr. Once directed to get changed out of the gown did I realize there is a webcam in the room. Whether working or not; there should NOT be such equipment present in a change room EVER. I redirected it towards the wall and proceeded to get dressed. Assistant returns and advises that I need to go get back x-rays immediately allowing me to return in the AM to attend a 1.5 hr classroom setting to teach me to read my xrays (?!?) and finally start some formal course of treatment. The whole experience from front to back was just......odd. Beyond odd. The fake small talk; the injected giggles, the scripted marketing campaign...I can't articulate it accurately. I politely played the part for the 1st appt (never seeing a Dr first nor last) and left. I look forward to getting my charge a month from now and not go back. If you are a God fearing, devout Christian who daily attends church and are in need of care...this is the place for you. For the rest of us...a hard Nope. Super uncomfortable with religious undertones and scripted conversation.

We found this clinic in our neighbourhood because our masseuse recommended some hip adjustments for my wife. The doctors and staff are really amazing people and as soon as you come in, you are given a warm welcome. The people here have a certain charm about them that make you feel so comfortable and cared for. I don't know how they manage to memorize everyone's name all the time though. You can come in up to 3 times a day and won't get charged if you were adjusted and nothing changed. It's interesting how applying pressure to the points that are bothering you helps way more than just a simple crack. Love these guys and I've recommended them to many friends and family.

I like that Brad adjusts without "cracking" and it's still very effective. I went in because I had terrible tension headaches almost daily and after a few weeks they left. When I stop going for months they return. All the staff are so kind there, kids are welcomed whether they are seen by the chiropractor or not. They also have nice dinners a few times a year for their patients and monthly things to participate in. Overall great place!

So you need an adjustment but you're scared your chiropractor is going to rip your head off. Enter Dr. Brad Ford. He adjusts gently by pushing bones back into place without pulling hard on joints and muscles that are already messed up. This really makes sense to me. The chances of having muscle injuries from the adjustment seem so unlikely opposed to the traditional method. It takes awhile to get through the orientation process. Do that before you need him. Getting in after is easy.

Great New place for in depth Chiropractic needs that have intricate software system to see in depth into your body & the real key, "your spinal alignment or misalignment". This is therefore unlike trying to find a needle in a haystack, as its specific to you & your body for whats in & out of place. I was a little scared to see a chiropractor since the last one used to crack you, but as i was in the neighbourhood, i decided to go in. The office is very nice. With wonderful tidbits of information on the walls, the receptionist was very friendly, introduce herself and told me a bit about the clinic, The doctors are so friendly, its like talking to a friend, so you feel very comfortable while you are there. What I like is that your appointments are schedule in one hour blocks, so if you are running a bit late, you don't have to stress about being late. I like that they call you to make sure your ok, if you forget your appointment. All in all I would definitely recommend Dr Brad for all your chiropractor care

I've been going to Hope Chiropractic for years and every time I go it's like going to an old friend's house. Crystal, Crystal and Laura greet you by name as you walk in, will answer any questions you have and always accommodates requests from changing appointments to setting up new ones or just chit chatting for a minute with you. After a short wait you go in for your adjustment and Dr. Brad Ford greets you with a smile. He has a friendly demeanor and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. When I first went to Hope I suffered from painful sciatica and within a couple of weeks the leg pain was gone and my back was able to straighten again. The best thing about Dr. Ford's version of Chiropractic care is there is no twisting you up and jumping on you like most Chiropractors, there is no cracking of bones or snapping of necks he uses his hands to do small adjustments that make huge dividends to your overall health. I would highly recommend the Hope clinic.

This is the best Chiropractor ever. I started my visit due to a compressed disc in my lower back. I was seeing a different chiropractor and doing multiple visits on a traction table costing Omer $100/ per visit. This burned through my benefits super quick, so I had to learn to live with the pain. My husband went to a local event where he met Dr Brad. We were invited to a dinner event that Hope Chiropractic put on. We ate delicious food and listened to testimonials of those who regained their lives under Hope Chiropractic’s care. We decided to give them a try. Dr Brad’s treatment was very non-invasive and he accomplished in 3 visits what the other chiropractor couldn’t do in 10- and at a fraction of the cost. Dr. Brad also takes the time to listen and even prayed with me when I was going thru a rough time. The staff there knows all their clients by name, and they treat you like family ( the good kind). The office is run by a warm welcoming knowledgeable team who engage openly and supportive with their patients. Another pivotal difference at Hope Chiropractic clinic from other adjustment practioners is the manner in which these adjustments are done. They are minimally invasive, but just as effective, as the more aggressive 'snap and crack' techniques. This difference allows for rhe inclusion of your non typical elderly and young patient. With a mandate of 'Receiving short term care so you require less caustic interventionary care down the road'. Aka. Tune up your Ford. In spring 2018 I was experiencing severe lower back pain and frequent terrible migraines. I contacted a Chiropractor, who helped me in the past, but the wait list was long. I went to a regular physician, who suggested medication for migraines and stretches for the back pain. I tried, but neither helped. I found Hope Chiropractic through a Google search and I decided to try them. The assessment showed that I had a very significant dislocation in my neck one way and dislocation in my lower back the opposite way. After first adjustment Dr. Ford warned me that I might have experience discomfort and pain as the shifting (to proper position) in my body would be taking place. Yes, he was right. I hardly slept the first night and was almost questioning if I made the right choice to use his services. Yes, I did make the right choice!!! It was only one uncomfortable night and the whole situation speedily improved. I have been seeing Dr. Ford regularly to maintain my well being. I am a very active person (always pushing the limits) and have a physically demanding job. It's not a surprise to me that from time to time I would shift or dislocate something in my body. Of course accidents, like bad fall on the ice last December, also happen. Dr. Ford was able to help me each time. Most recently, he helped me with hip problem. It took only 2 adjustments and I could walk and function without pain! Isn't that amazing?!! I don't think I can find enough words to express how thankful I am for Hope Chiropractic. And I have not had a migraine since I have been seeing Dr. Ford. Also, the ladies at the reception are fantastic and super, super nice and kind.

Excellent chiropractic clinic. Very clean, organized and they make everyone feel welcome and a part of the family. No wait times, we love the flexible appointments (you can go anytime within the hour of your appointment). I started going because I had hip pain, after a couple of visits it decreased and now it is completely gone. Dr. Ford has also been giving me adjustments to help with pregnancy. Our 2 year old loves going to the chiropractor to get adjusted. He likes to chat with the friendly receptionist (and get stickers) and there are fun toys to play with. A very child friendly environment. I recommend this place to everyone.

I enjoy seeing the friendly faces and the uplifting environment at Hope Chiropractic. I so appreciate the care I have received from Dr. Brad following an injury where I had torn both hamstrings and calf muscles. The doctor told me that he had never seen anything like this injury and was surprised that I could even walk. He said it could take up to 2 years to fully heal. I chose to go for chiropractic treatments as this had benefited me in the past. Dr. Brad worked on the muscles in both areas and on the spine as well.
