I see Sarika for massage therapy and she is so skilled and wonderful at what she does. I've had a few treatments and every time it feels like she's changing my life! So knowledgeable and takes her time, letting the body tell her what needs fixing. Plus she knows how to use cups and graston tools to really help with the hard areas. I really appreciate her focus and care. Highly recommend if you're needing a good therapeutic massage experience!

They have a great system that sends email and text reminders about your appointment 2 hrs before hand, which helps remind me to show up as I get busy...

Dr. Chan is the best chiropractor in Edmonton. When I came in, he evaluated me and took the time to figure out what was causing my pain and proceeded with a two week plan to stop it. I had been having pain for almost two years and after our second session the pain disappeared. I have doctor Chan to thank for his help figuring out my problem and he also is amazing for educating what is really happening within the joints and muscles to better understand why I was having problems. Ever since then I've been out of pain and my life is much better because of him. If you are thinking about seeing a chiropractor, do not hesitate, call Dr. Chan and you will receive the best treatment !

After years of trying to treat neck and back pain through massage, I wasn't seeing results and started to experience carpal tunnel like symptoms. I had the incredible luck of booking an appointment with Sarika, and working with her has completely changed my healing journey for the better. Sarika is incredibly focused on finding out what is actually going on with your body and coming to the table (literally) with solutions that no other massage therapist has been able to offer me. She not only delivers results, but educates you on what is going on through the process. If it wasn't for her, I would still be struggling with pain and reduced use of my hands - and likely on the road to needing surgery - but because of her I no longer experience regular pain and have full use of my hands again. This is a true professional who is focused solely on your recovery and healing of chronic pain.

Dr kenny is an amazing doctor. He helped me with my TMJ joint problems- I was put on a wait list and spent thousands of dollars on splints from the TMJ clinic at the U Of A but doctor Kenny made it feel better. I only wish I went there when my jaw joint problems first started. He's also a very kind and compassionate doctor, I recommend him.

The office is in a converted old house and is very cool, good free parking, Dr Ken is awesome, very thorough, Kim at the front desk is super friendly and very efficient...Serika as my massage guru is fabulous!! I was in pain and suffering for 3 weeks before I finally decided to see a chiropractor. I was so desperate I started frantically calling every office close to home or even on my route to work and wasn't having any luck. Either no one could get me in quick enough or they didn't even return my calls for days. However Action Chiropractic and Massage Therapy was different. The staff were very friendly and helpful getting me an appointment that day. And then instantly after my first important I felt a big difference in my pain levels and range of motion. I have seen Dr. Kenny Chan a couple times now and each time I feel considerably better. I was very nervous the first appointment but he is very personable and gentle. He definitely makes you feel comfortable and I will never wait that long again to book an appointment????

Sarika is the BEST massage therapist and I recommend her to everyone, especially people with migraine and TMJ issues, which she has cured me with through her cranial sacral work. (Personally, I don't have to wear a splint anymore as the TMJ sessions helped me, but I understand everyone is different, this is my experience). When I first met her, I had trouble detecting where exactly my pain was coming from and she was able to assess me and focus her work to target my migraines, which I have not had since she has worked on me. I have a lot of tension in my neck, back and diaphragm and she always spends the full amount of time to make sure I get the most out of a session. She is incredibly knowledgable about the body and many therapy methods (like cupping, osteopath, graston, etc.) and also comes from a family of healers, so brings a deep intuitive knowledge to her work as well, which I appreciate. Her work is not like a regular routine massage--it is a much deeper healing experience and I appreciate her listening and working with my concerns.

I first found this practice with a Groupon for a massage. Once I had the massage I was positive this would be my place for chiropractic care and massage therapy. I'm a groomer and stand all day. My first visit with the chiropractor was nothing but miraculous for helping my other aches and pains I was having after my massage. Since coming here,working all day isn't as tiring as I'm not in the constant pain I was in when I first started coming here. I highly recommend this practice as they listen to your needs and from the front desk to the chiropractor and massage therapy you will feel welcome the minute you step foot into the clinic.
