Edit: WOW!!! You said, "Unfortunately, and to provide fair services to all our patients, we cannot provide our services free of charge." IF someone comes in with no previous back problems and you cause them crippling sciatic nerve pain for over a month that continues to linger, then I think a free consultation is warranted to fix your mistake. This could easily be a legal matter: malpractice. Crippling sciatic nerve pain that makes it hard to even walk is not, "minor discomfort." What a joke statement!
My review: Be careful. During my fifth visit, I imagine something went wrong with the adjustment, because the next day I couldn't walk without pain. For an entire month even just walking was painful. It felt like there was something pushing or pinching my nerves on one side of my lower back. Even to this day I still feel the discomfort from time to time. I previously had ZERO back problems. After that visit I was in pain for over a month and could not exercise. Can I exercise now? Yes. But I still feel the discomfort from time to time and its been MONTHS. Something is pinching a nerve in my lower back and it is not a pleasant feeling. This upsets me and scared me from ever going back. I'm still young too. Only 18. Oh, and even though they caused me that serious problem, they expected me to come back and just pay for another session with no guarantee they would even fix the issue they caused. That makes no sense. Fix what you injured before charging for another session.
