Friendly, helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and conscientious physiotherapist. I am dealing with a work safe claim so am not sure about the affordability of the place, but I am having a much better experience here than I was at the previous place that was dealing with this injury. I had a slight scheduling snafu where a week was missed accidentally, but I got one of the days replaced with their cancellation list offering. Otherwise, this place would get a five-star rating

I had vertigo that seemingly came out of nowhere and I was having trouble concentrate at work because the commute would make me dizzy and nauseous for hours. My doctor advised me to visit this clinic. Jennifer was able to completely get rid of my vertigo in 2 sessions. She did a vertigo test, and even though she couldn't officially diagnose it because it seems I had atypical presentation, I was able to ride public transit and walk without feeling dizzy and disoriented. Ever since it hasn't come back and thanks to the exercises she prescribed me my posture has drastically improved. Really recommend this clinic. I felt heard and Jennifer took my issue seriously.

The quality of physiotherapy seems good, but they're always excessively late in seeing you. I went there at least half a dozen times, and I almost always waited *at least* 15 minutes - often up to 30 min - after my appointment was supposed to start before they saw me. I've been to other physios, and although they're sometimes late to some extent, it was never this chronic or this late each time.

I can’t say enough about how professional , courteous and knowledgeable I found this clinic. Kate was so expeditious in figuring out what I needed , and she changed my quality of life in an instant . I am so thankful and would highly recommend anyone needing their services to visit . ????????

I have a long standing ( undiagnosed as of late) TFCC wrist injury that after numerous visits to seek treatment with various health care professionals, including a regular physiotherapist and even a different hand therapist was failed to be properly diagnosed, leading to over 6 months of unemployment. The injury returned over and over with just minor things setting it off. After exhaustive efforts to remedy this (9 months later) I finally was lucky enough to meet with Melanie who was able to quickly diagnose in just 30 minutes (via teleconsult) what was the cause of my injury and what treatment plan is suitable to get me back to work and the other things I've been missing out in life. Before meeting Melanie It seemed like this was never going to be resolved. Now I have a renewed sense of hope.

Asked to be on the waiting list. Was called offering me an appointment. I received the message seconds later. Called back within five minutes, and they had already given the appointment away. Very frustrating. Edit: They later squeezed me in, and the staff were polite and knowledgeable.

I would like to say thank you for the most amazing help that I have recieved from west side physiotherapy. When I first started I was in rough shape, I had been suffering from chronic neck and jaw issues for a long time due to a car accident almost 2 years ago. After just a few sessions in just a short time I have made more progress with my recovery than ever before, and I will be feeling 100% again soon, thanks to the effective treatment I received. From my own experience I will recommend going there to everyone. :)
