Dr. Bill Dawson is gentle, and is quite knowlegeable, Dr. Bill specializes in NUCCA Chiropractic services, which is Upper cervical chiropractic, which is so much easier on the patient than the snap crack, & pop of the other chiropractors. But when needed he is quite good at those procedures also. My neck, back, wrists and Sacoriliac joint thanks Dr. Bill for his excellent care of my bones. It amazes me how much my internal organs also feel better with this treatment. A big Thank you to Dr. Bill and his wife who doubles as his receptionest. You guys are the greatest!

This post is for my husband. He was suffering from daily dizziness and the medical doctors did every test they could to diagnose his condition. They could not and told him to NOT seek chiropractic care. One visit to Dr Dawson produced a diagnosis and a treatment plan. He felt 100 better after the first adjustment.
