I called to set an appointment and was told they are no longer accepting patients at that the location is now in glen carbon Il. I called glen carbon office and was told that the owner dr. Brasfield of Granite City Il. pleaded guilty to $500,000 health care fraud billing and $12,000 money laundering in the U.S. Federal Court of Illinois May 11th 2016. Her pre-paid programs are not being accepted for weight loss at this Granite City location or the Glen Carbon Office and when I call they say contact business owner. Well the owner is in Jail???? now what??? I guess everyone is out of luck with her pre-paid weight loss promotion. Beware of this chiropractic office.

$399.00 for 23 days of HCG shots, monitoring weight loss at Glen Carbon. Sent to nurse practitioner at Granite City for appetite suppressant.. Took four hours to see nurse practitioner. Was suppose to pick up my shots here but was told "we ran out of shots" was given sublingual tablets instead (these are less costly for facility). When received shots the next week, a student medical assistant doing her clinicals drew the shots and had me check to make sure they were correct. I had been there three hours when I was told to go to the lab. The lady doing the lab drawer was initially very rude. The place was dirty. I had to feel out a lengthy pain evaluation and I was not there for pain. The room was full, even They had a large waiting area b.ut only about 8 or 10 chairs. People with children were waiting for hours. Five minutes after 4 hours wait with the nurse practitioner, received prescription for Topiramate to decrease appetite. Unnecessary tests done. Had to come back for ultrasound of abdomen the next week and to see the nurse practitioner before I could get 2nd prescription which my insurance would not fill. I could go on and on but the icing on the cake is the charges turned into the insurance company was well over $1000 for the nurse practitioner services and what was not covered, I have been charged! AWFUL PLACE!! I feel I was taken advantage of! I certainly did not get my $399.00 worth.

I loved this place the moment I walked through the door, the facility was clean and well maintained and the front office staff gave me a warm welcome and made me feel at home. Absolutely the best! Been going for 3 years just to stay aligned and keep hips in check. Was told I would need a hip replacement. Never happened. I was told I would need carpal tunnel surgery. Never happened. Horrible accident over Labor Day weekend, car totaled multiple upside injuries. Was told I had two torn ligaments. Hasn't happened yet let avoiding ankle surgery due to the best care dr. Darrin's office. The staff is wonderful loving, concerned, and always available. After being pregnant for 9 months, and adjustment by Dr Darin was just what I needed. I am in awe of the work that she did on my son as well.
