Dr. Katherine Chung has been so amazing. I’ve had acupuncture and naturopathy with her. She’s so great at listening, has a very well rounded holistic perspective and isn’t pushy at all. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Too bad waiting area is small but there's a bubble tea shop and other place to go if you are waiting for your appointment. Dr. Lin is upbeat and make you feel like she is watching over your health beyond what I get at a regular doctors office.

She goes above and beyond to help me with my health concerns suggesting exercises for other sports injuries, and is great to simply talk to. I worked with Zuzana over many years being a client at Integrative Medical Clinic. Zuzana is very caring, calm and patient. I always feel heard and understood while in a session with her. I have a been a client with Aurora for a few years now. I was being treated for adrenal burnout and subsequent hormonal issues with good results. What made a huge difference for me was when I started treatment with Dr. Katherine Chung and her trauma accupuncture. I am a spiritual and energetically very sensitive person and Dr. Katherine thought that an energetic approach might bring faster results. The trauma accupuncture focuses on eliminating energetic blocks from our body that we created during traumatic experiences in our life. This treatment targets these specific traumas and releases the energetic blocks that were created. I have had only 3 sessions and my hormonal and emotional issues strated shifting dramatically. Time wise it was only 5 weeks after I've started feeling dramatic improvements after over 3 years of natural alternative therapy approach. The clinic experience itself is wonderful - the front desk staff are lovely, the space is warm, inviting, and feels like home. All the staff I have seen over the years have been incredible. Dr. Amber Eckel has gotten me through several work injuries, including being available for an emergency appointment once when I suddenly found myself unable to move. I see Dr. Drew for orthotics, and he not only helped with the entire painful Blue Cross submission process, but the product and service were great too. I also come to Aurora for regular massages, and consistently receive fantastic treatments from Sam, Aliyah, and Kokua in their relaxing, quiet massage rooms. Going to Aurora feels like visiting family and I'm not sure where I'd be without them.

I thought getting fit for orthotics would be a hassle and put it off but it was such a easy process with Dr Drew. Dr. Calvin Cheung is a fantastic Chiro! I'm generally pretty healthy, and active, however this summer I did something to my lower back that had me pretty stiff and unable to walk comfortably. This place is excellent and a "one stop shop" per se. I go here for acupuncture (Rufina) , chiro (Dr. Calvin) and for functional blood testing with Zuzana. Highly recommend all of them. The blood testing has been so informative and Zuzana's recommended changes have me feeling amazing a month later. Rufina and Calvin both make the experience relaxing and enjoyable and something I look forward to. This is the first place I've been where my chiropractic appointment has been longer than 5 minutes and doesn't feel rushed. I was pretty nervous going in for acupuncture and cupping but Dr. Serena Lin was so gentle and took it slow so it was manageable. She has great attention to detail, I loved when she asked me about my baby as a distraction, it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. She also gives the best soft tissue massage! I have had suboxiptal issues for the last year and needed help as I've had headaches and migraines for 3weeks now. And will persist without an adjustment. I just needed help readjusting my neck until I could be sure I found the right chiropractor. He was very thorough with his findings. And gave his treatment opinion. I was never talked to about the initial appointment fee being $136.. I have been on my own accident rehab treatment plan. I just felt I was not communicated with enough about prices or how the breakdown of fees work. I will not be going back. As I explained already having a diagnosis and a treatment plan in place. To then be charged without consult on fees and opinions I didn't ask for. Was pretty shocking to say the least.

I have been going to AIM for several years and I can't speak highly enough about everyone that I have seen. There is one person that I must mention and that is Zuzana Friedmann, my blood analyst. With Zuzana's blood analysis skills, the naturopaths recieve much information as to the many potential causes of your health issues and; as a result, are better equipped to diagnose and cure you of your ailments. Zuzana is very knowledge, intelligent and a great collaborator with the doctors. Her blood analysis diagnosis compliments the work of the naturopaths. She is very personable, kindhearted, and gives excellent advice. Several years ago, my daughter was very ill and after seeing 5 doctors who kept misdiagnosing her and prescribing medication that made matters worse, I took her to see Zuzana. She immediately diagnosed my daughter's health issue by analyzing her blood and in consultation with Dr. Hailey (our naturopath at the time), they were able to cure my daughter. I always see Zuzana before my naturopath because when she finds issues in my blood work, she helps my naturopath pin point what my health issues are. My daughter and I love Zuzana and we will be forever grateful for the time she went out of her way to help us (long story) and for always making us feel like family! Zuzana truly is a genuine and beautiful person!

Dr Calvin Cheung is a fantastic chiropractor. I started seeing him in March as I was having problems with my sciatica and was in a lot of pain. Within a week I could see some improvement. He set me up with a pair of orthotics that changed my life. Whenever I would run, I would get feet and Achilles pain after about 3km, and would not be able to run more than 5km due to the pain. Amber (chiropractor) is absolutely amazing. I've seen many chiropractors and physio's, but none have them have even measured up close to Amber. She really understands how the body works and what the root problems are that need to be addressed. I was a gymnast growing up and now train in crossfit, therefore have a number of complex problems, and she is actually able to understand my body and treat me - whereas other chiros have told me that if I do a few stretches it should be fine in a month (and they were wrong)...... I've also seen Drew (naturopath) a few times for Prolotherapy which has been very promising so far for my overuse injuries, we will have to see for sure once I get a few more treatments. Drew is an extremely knowledgeable well rounded health practitioner who can help you improve your health, whether its through nutrition or supplements, exercise, or physical therapies like prolotherapy and manipulations. Nothing against our medical system because for years it has been great at assisting me to maintain good health, but not this time. So on my first visit with Dr. Katherine Chung, first of all she listened to me, then she explained very clearly what was happening. Dr. Chung's medical knowledge is very extensive. She suggested an herbal medicine. I left her office relieved, first of all that someone actually listened to me, and that finally I knew what was happening, and what to do about it. After following her suggestions, within two days I felt much better. On my follow-up visit we examined the situation a little more closely and discussed a plan and timeline. I felt like I had someone I could trust, an ally, in the battle to win my health back. My husband found this medical clinic and I booked my chiropractor sessions with Dr. Calvin Cheung and my Massage Therapy with Nicole. I live in the area and have been coming here for years now. Dr. Amber is the best Chiropractor I have ever been to. Her adjustments are quick and easy so it is a positive experience every time. Then she sets the muscles in place with a short massage afterwards. I highly recommend her. I am a regular patient of hers. I had a massage with Samantha today and she was very thorough and made sure she knew what I required before starting. Then she went straight to work getting out all of the knots and kinks. She even went above and beyond and went past my scheduled time to work on my IT band issue afterwards. I am definitely going back to see her.

The "Integrative" in Aurora Integrative Medical is key. AIM is a one-stop shop for everything you need to realize your full health potential. When I started going there a few years ago, my health was in tatters. I started my journey with a consultation with Dr. Campbell. I then had a Live Blood Analysis with Zuzana Friedmann. This was very helpful in pinpointing the issues I needed to start working on. Since then, I've reclaimed my health and I'm doing so much better. I'm now weightlifting and cycling (never thought I'd get to a point where I could be active!). Last year, I had a follow-up with Zuzanna to re-do the Live Blood Analysis. It was satisfying to see the progress I made in the positive results in the analysis she completed for me. Over the years, I've seen other practitioners for chiropractor treatments, acupuncture and Vitamin IVs. Highly recommend AIM. :)
