I have come to know Michael over the last 8 -10 years. He has diagnosed and treated various joint issues (my back is fine !) I trust his judgements (always correct so far) and he gives only as much treatment as you need - often only one visit in my case. AND he treats one patient at a time - no multiple treatment rooms. I started seeing Dr. Wexel 10 years ago while suffering from chronic neck pain and headaches caused by a car accident that I'd been in. I was in agony 24/7 and Dr. Wexel was my last resort . But he soon became my go- to person. He is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, supportive, and most importantly, he gets results. After six session I was pain free and my headaches went away after suffering daily for three years! I continue to see him for adjustments now and then and have taken my children to see him as well. I trust him implicitly and he is simply the BEST.

Had lower back pain from ball hockey, and he told me it was due to a misaligned pelvis. He had me come back 5-6 times to get adjusted ($55 per visit), which helped a bit, but the pain was back after a few months. Its now a few years later, and I figured out that I just needed to strengthen my glute muscles, and had nothing to do with my pelvis. I feel like he just wanted me to come back and keep paying him. Nice guy, but I understand now why chiropractors get a bad rep sometimes. This was a clear example.

Other chiropractors i have tried cant move my lower back i am a fprmer weightlifter, but Dr Wexel had me feeling back to normal in just a vosit or 2. I last saw Dr Wexel a few years ago, but never forgot the results from chronic back pain. I moved across town. Eventually the pain (L4-S1 hernia and pelvic tilt) returned. 4 Osteopaths and 3 Chiros later (because they are closer), only one osteopath was as good, but a lack of parking makes it a less favorable choice. I am returning to Dr. Wexel, in spite of the distance, because he is the only one of 2 professionals with the results, who also has nearby parking.

I called Dr. Wexel ten years ago when I found myself unable to get out of bed. I had ignored wrenching my back earlier and gone on with my life with quite a bit of pain, but that morning movement came to an end. He saw me immediately, and it took several visits to get me back on my feet - that's what happens when you don't take care of business pronto. Last week I hoisted a fairly large tree branch and the gut-wrenching, soul-destroying searing pain traveled up and down my back, seizing me up and making it impossible to move more than a few feet at a time. I called right away, saw him next day, 2 subsequent visits later and lo and behold, I am pain-free with full mobility. Take care of your injury RIGHT AWAY. And go see Dr. Wexel. He is a true professional, and to boot , a great guy. What a nice feeling hauling yourself up the stairs to know relief is in sight. I had visions last week of needing a cane, but I'd rather be going waterskiing as planned.
