Lydia is one of the best professional's I've met to date. She's super strong when it comes to her physical work and takes the time, learning about you and your tendencies. I keep on developing knots on my shoulder blade, because of sitting for long periods of time in an office setting. Which is the majority of cases for a lot of people. In 30 minutes, she will take out most of the knots and get you fixed in no time. She takes the time to give you exercises you can do at home and gives good advice. Her goal is to make you better, away from visiting her. Do yourself a favor and book her. TRUST ME ! You won't regret it . P.S.. Lydia is very knowledgeable and honest. I had issues with my neck and back, and in the span of 1 month I could feel the difference. After 2-3 months, I regained a better shape and the pain wasn't reccuring anymore. She listens carefully to my problems and always asks the right questions in order to customize each session towards the major problem(s). After each session, if necessary, she provides exercises that I can do on my own to fix any discomfort. Her booking and payment system is very customer-friendly and never had any issues with them.
