At first, the appointments did a very good job on my back pain and I felt better. But the more the treatment goes, the more you wonder if you're getting basically robbed because Viet Nguyen leaves you clueless and doesn't give you any sort of details as to where the treatment is going. Seems like he keeps scheduling you non stop to milk insurance money out of you. Always skips convos or when you ask specific questions. Seems like he got speeches going on. Instead of asking how you feel today after the appointment, he would say something along the lines of : Great now we're at 60% improvement all right see you next week! Good but could be better.

Luckily there are places like C3VN which is an exception from the general rule. I know C3VN since 2010 when due to sedentary way of working I collected a bunch of back-related issues. After assessment and a few treatment sessions all my problems were resolved. Later on, whenever I had any minor back or arm issues I always addressed them to Dr. Nguyen and to my full satisfaction he made them disappear in no time. I have had chronic back pain since I was a child and diagnosed with stage II spondylolisthesis. I got pregnant and it made it much worse to where I ended up on bed rest. I saw multiple Dr.'s and none had helped at all, maybe for a day or 2 but nothing long term. Then luckily a friend referred me to Clinic C3VN where Dr. Bergeron practices and I am finally recovering after 3+ years of severe pain from my pregnancy. She works on trigger points and muscles as well as doing fine adjustments. I recommend Dr. Viet Nguyen for his excellence in honest chiropractic therapy. I have seen Dr. Nguyen since 2010 and I have always been satisfied with the results. As a bodybuilder, I tend to have injuries sporadically. Every time I injured myself and was in pain, this health professional was able to squeeze me in his very tight schedule, despite working longer shifts or having to sacrifice his lunchtime. That is something I truly value, thank you. At the end of every treatment, I would feel the difference immediately — at times when I was barely able walk to visit him, I would be able to stand and bend at the end of the treatment. For each treatment, Dr. Nguyen would inquire about my injury and make an analysis and deduction. Consequently, he would explain in details the cause of the injury and, at the end of the treatment, provide solutions or workout exercises to strengthen the muscle to prevent future injuries. Last but not least, he is a hardworker and is up to date with new practices. Such honest and top-quality chiropractor is hard to find. Definitely, Dr. Viet Nguyen deserves a well-earned 5/5 stars.

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent healthcare professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. I injured my back in 2009, I saw many doctors who could not explain my health condition and rudely ignored my concerns. I was on the verge of giving up. Luckily, I was recommended to see Dr. Nguyen. He patiently listened to my problem and clearly explained what was wrong by using props and images that he drew. He suggested certain exercises that I can do to strengthen my muscles and cautiously informed me of the ones that I should avoid. I had a significant improvement after my first treatment. Dr. Nguyen is also a man who is passionate about his work and truly cares for his patients. He always finds a way to fit me in his busy schedule, either by shortening his lunch hour or leaving work later. Dr. Nguyen, you are truly a gifted chiropractor. Terrible experience! On my second treatment, they had messed up my back even more than it was. Even offered a free session after I had complained. Had a total of 5 treatments and nothing was fixed only gotten worse. I had made a complaint again and they had replied "We are very sorry that the treatments did not work for you." It's been almost 2 months that my back is in pain. Everyday I have constant muscle spasms which I never had before getting the treatments!!

The best! Went on 2 occasions already. Shoulder and knee pain issues. Fixed them both in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable. I have seen five different chiropractors in various cities and Dr. Nguyen was the best. He spent a good hour explaining my x-rays, discussing a treatment plan and answering all my questions. At most clinics you're in and out in 10-15 min, here I received a solid 30 min of treatment each visit.
