She was amazing from the start, to now were I can jog and ref hockey, two three games in a row. Jessica takes her job very serious, and works extremely hard to get the best results for her customers. I have used Physiomed in Alliston and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Each person I have seen has helped me to recover. I suffered a concussion and have Post Concussion Syndrome which has left me dealing with many issues. Edmar is an amazing Physiotherapist that was able to help me understand my injury, put me on an exercise routine to help me see progress and was able to gain my trust. Prior to Physiomed, I had been to another Physiotherapy Rehab in Alliston and was repeatedly set back. Once I started seeing progress Edmar slowly started introducing me to other professionals in the same facility. Edmar started me on acupuncture every other week. It helps me to sleep and helps with migraines. Physiomed is a one stop shop. Everything you need to recover from an accident/injury is at your finger tips. Jessica is my go-to…She is amazing. She is a Kinesiologist I do all my exercising with her, IFC and ultrasound. She knows what to do so I don’t hurt the next day, to avoid triggering migraine’s, she can tell when I’m having a bad day! She’s professional, personable, she's excellent at her job and enjoys her job, it is obvious. Chris is the Massage Therapist I see. He is friendly, professional, very strong yet knows what I can handle on different parts of my body. He is a very kind and empathetic person. I have had cupping therapy done with Chris which not all massage therapists offer. I also see Dr Tiburcio (Dr. T.) for soft tissue manipulation. He’s a Chiropractor and he also does acupuncture. As I suffer from migraine’s I go weekly to have my neck muscles manipulated as I believe that’s where the bulk of my migraines stem from. I have had my back adjusted once or twice. I can tell when it needs to be done. Dr. T is amazing. He runs an amazing team. He’s very down to earth, professional, friendly, empathetic, open and honest. Dr. T and his wife Dr. Gilroy have done an amazing job with Physiomed. They treat their staff and patients with respect and dignity. I am so glad I found Physiomed and have been able to do my recovery with this amazing team of professional’s. Right from Kathleen and Jody at reception to Peter, Matt, Dr. D or Dr. J on the floor, everyone is polite, helpful and friendly. Every person you come across says hello or gives you a smile. Doctors and staff don't seem to have good communication. I was given exercises that caused greater damage, had problems mentioned to dr ignored. They seem to have a policy of charge first, and disclose the actual fee later. After talking to others in town, the problem of running up the bill seems to be common here. The staff who I worked with was all very kind though. Stll, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

I have a very long involved medical history and therefore I'm pretty familiar with my issues and options. I've been dealing with brain surgeons for years and usually it's very time consuming to explain everything relevant and even Dr's have difficulty understanding some of the complications. I met with Peter there. I was very impressed with how much he understood and the depth of the conversation I was able to have with him. He's highly knowledgeable and bright. He made suggestions that many other professionals had not mentioned and reminded me of a valuable one . Peter has an innate and natural patient focus making several suggestions that would make it easier to facilitate the entire process. He asks the right questions and is an excellent listener, such an underrated skill in the medical related field. He brings great insight & value to a patient. The owner is aa good guy. I went to Physiomed with severe muscle spasms in my back. I was bent over to the point were I could not stand up straight. In fact I was bent 90 degrees at the waste and in severe pain. Dr. T. took me inand treated me and in 3 days I am now walking normally and pain free. What an awesome experience. Thank you Dr. T!!

Physiomed has helped me over the past six years thru excellent customer service from the front counter staff, to physio and massage therapy and chiropractic adjustments....big shout out to Candice, Cheryl, Dr. T. Jess, Chris, Peter, Ashley, Alanna, Darius, and everyone else there who makes such a big difference with your wonderful teamwork. The Staff is outstanding and currently I am working with Dr. Darius Sablinskas who has provided relief from neck and back pain. He has excellent customer service and uses a variety of techniques for a pain-free experience. Dr. Sablinskas also takes the time to explain how an adjustment works and provides stretching exercises to help alleviate my issues.

My spouse and I had an appointment with Dr. Desjardins. We left feeling very uncomfortable to say the least. He made several offside comments, leaving a very bad taste including a reference to "strippers on the pole". He was inappropriately flirtatious. We will not be returning to this facility. I will also be following up with a phone call to the owner.
