I have scoliosis and began to experience upper back problems, the staff at Norwood Chiro carefully walked me through the process and answered all my questions and concerns before I enrolled into my program, I never felt pressured to enroll as they listened to my concerns and tailor made my plan to best suit me and my schedule. I injured myself recently and went to see Dr. Vishal in between my regular appointments. I've had this recurring injury before and it usually takes 2 weeks and several adjustments to relieve the pain and get back to normal. In one visit, I explained what happened, he adjusted me and within hours, I didn't have any pain at all. I was really impressed with the quality of care I received. Thank-you Dr. Vishal! I also appreciate how friendly and welcoming his team is too, always nice to be greeted with a smile. :)

Went there because I saw them at the wedding show. Tried to put me on a monthly plan but I refused. Then they told me for their convience and mine I needed to play for a few. Well life got hectic and ended up forgetting to schedule appointments. Although they say they care about their clients it has been over 5 months from my last appointment and they still have not contacted me once. I still have money on my account there and debating if it is even worth going back or if they will just try to keep taking more money from me.

Went here with the whole family when my back hurt a lot decided to do massages there and to all of us and after the last massage I got a fungus on my body. I have been undergoing treatment for the fifth month already ???? I don’t go shopping because of covid I went here only very rarely when my back hurt. I initially came in due to problems that comes with my profession of being a wedding photographer: upper to mid-back tightness and pain from hours at the computer, traveling, and full wedding days with heavy gear attached to my body. Back problems are now minimal and am now visiting once every two weeks to maintain. Every visit now feels amazing to be adjusted, like putting things back into place. Although it is very difficult to stay focused on our overall health long-term, my regular visits have made my life easier. The staff, on another note, are amazing. I try to schedule my meetings, sessions, and errands around my appointments, and many times I've had to last minute reschedule and they've always been accommodating. I appreciate that and value their flexibility. Norwood Chiropractor Centre is centrally located, and although there are so many chiropractic centres that are closer to me, the distance is worth it for the service and professionalism I receive.

My schedule consisted of coming in to the centre 2-3 times a week and now it is only once every 2 weeks. I was referred to Norwood chiropractor through a friend. A few years ago I started experiencing extreme debilitating pain in my lower back. Initially I tried to write the pains off as pregnancy related but over time and after not going away postpartum, they eventually got worse. So after years of having an unjustifiable fear of the chiropractor, I decided to give it a try. It has been life changing. Not only is my pain almost completely gone, but I have a new sense of mobility and energy. Dr. Vishal has not only helped me, but he has helped my son as well. After years of regular migraines I decided to also bring him with me. Now after going for regular adjustments my sons migraines are almost non existent compared to what they once were. His office staff (Lena especially) and the other Drs are extremely friendly, welcoming and engaging. I was sitting in traffic on my way to visit the mall and passed by this location. I had a sore neck and lower back pain that was starting to annoy me probably based on longer periods of driving. I doubled back and walked into this office, I was advised to make an appointment but then a cancellation happened while I was there filling out the forms. Then Dr. Ledda said he could see me on short notice, he was very informative and I was unsure at first because he looked really young, but he hit the spot twice on. My neck felt much better as well as my lower back. He also gave tips on how to prevent injury which is a nice gesture. I would recommend this office if you're looking around, I got lucky to get a walk in appointment. It is a very nice office, clean inside.

I have been to a few different Chiropractors, and have never had an experience like I have had at Noorwood Chiropractic with Dr. Ashley Hansen. She doesn't just "crack" your back and send you out the door. She assess, plans, and executes. She educated me on what I need to do to optimize my health, why I need to do it, and designed a planned that works with my budget! I'm a single mom and that was ahuge concern for me, and they really worked with me. My symptoms have significantly improved if not cleared, and I can feel my whole body functioning differently (which is a good thing lol)! If you are looking for a new chiro or have never been, I highly encourage you to contact Noorwood and ask to see Dr.Ashley. They all work at a more permanent correction, rather than temporary pain reliefe! I started at going 3 times a week, and now I'm down to 2 times a month. :)

I got a tour of the place, and an introduction to the staff, it’s a super calming and tidy place and it was nice to get to know the people and the place. After the tour I went for my exam. The first visit consisted of talk about my issues, exams and X-rays. The doctor was very friendly, super professional, very through and understanding. Consuming extra strength Advil and T3 every few hours as if they were treats no longer relieved the pain. I was anxious to meet Dr Richard, simply due to my last few experiences with another chiropractor. I've been seeing him since February 2018. The improvement has been astounding. I no longer take pain killers on a daily basis, nor am I lethargic or miserable. Dr Richard is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. I always feel empowered leaving his office. A couple years ago I was playing mens league indoor soccer when I injured my ankle. After 1 week the swelling didn't go down so I went to the walk-in clinic. After waiting for 6 hrs they sent me for xrays at Seven Oaks hospital which took another 4 hrs. They told me to go back to the doctors with 48hrs and they will have the result. 2 days later I went back to the doctors office, waited again . Just for them to tell me Im fine and the swelling should go down soon. 1 more week passed and I could barely walk so I went back to the doctors office and once again they said i'm fine and it will pass. Ive had sprained ankles before from a lifetime of playing soccer and it was nothing like this. At this point I'm thinking something else is wrong. I went to see Dr. Vishal Goyal at Norwood chiropractic within 2 mins of looking at my ankle he looked up at me and said "Its in out of place, no wonder its hurts so much". He did some procedure and popped it back in place and within matter a minutes I literally strutted out of this office feeling like a million bucks! Thanks Doctor Vishal, you're the man!

After reading some reviews, I will not be attending this clinic. For starters, their intake form is completely absurd, takes way to long to fill out. And they want this done before they can even book you in for services. The form is too damn long and shouldn’t that just be what you explain to the doctor? Instead of filling it out from your email? Also I got through it 95% of the way and it crashed and wanted me to spend another hour redoing it nope not gonna happen. Also I’m not looking for xrays and extensive consultations with year long treatment plans. I want my damn back cracked so I can get some pain relief and carry on my life. Pushy sales tactics seem to be a thing here. I won’t fall for it. I’ll go to a chiropractor that will crack my back same day and give me relief not payment plans and lies.

Would not suggest this place. Went here a few months back because they gave away a promo from the wedding show, just for an alignment. Felt like high pressure sales. They were asking if I was willing to go on a payment plan before I knew what was wrong with me. They took X-rays of my back and told me I had scoliosis and a spine fracture. This had me concerned so I went to my family doctor for a second opinion. My doctor sent me for X-rays to be read by a radiologist. Everything came back completely fine. I would definitely suggest getting a second opinion on anything these people tell you.

I met these guys at a wedding expo. A pretty weird fit but okay. They were offering a mini-assessment right there, and a good deal on an initial assessment, so I decided to go ahead. They called the next day to book an appointment, which it turns out had to be THAT week (wasn't told that upfront). So I made time, as I have some neck pain and chiropractic care seemed like it might help. Plus it was a good deal. I went in for my assessment, and was told I would need to come in the next day for the verbal results. I cancelled two plans and made that happen, went in, and they gave me results which took 2 minutes and could have been done on the phone. Then they did an adjustment, which cost me $30 (they were upfront about this cost, however). THEN I was told I would need to come in again in a week for a full hour and a half appointment, to go over my x-rays and make a treatment plan. That appointment would be free, but they said I would likely need 3-4 treatments a week for a few months before tapering off if I just wanted basic relief, rather than realignment. At $30 an appointment (going up to $38 after the first 7 due to provincial coverage limits), that's a lot of money. When I expressed concerns about finances, they explained that they can work with any budget and could adjust a treatment schedule to fit my ability to pay. That struck me a deeply odd as if there is a treatment that works, on a schedule that works, how can they adjust it accordingly? Additionally, their office was plastered with unsubstantiated claims which are actually illegal for chiropractors to claim: that it treats digestive issues, menstrual issues, ear infections, and other non-musculo-skeletal issues. They also had lots of propaganda supporting the treatment of infants and children with chiropractic care, which is also contra-indicated by the research. Everybody was very friendly, but the lack of scientific backing, the poor communication about what would be required, and the high-pressure sales lead me to cancel any further appointments. I felt very pressured to buy into all the lifestyle and claims of chiropracty, and "strung along" by the whole approach. To be fair to them, I'm sure their doctors are perfectly competent at doing musculo-skeletal treatments and adjustments, which may well help many people. But I cannot recommend a place that uses these tactics nor makes unfounded and dangerous claims.

About a month ago I started going to Norwood Chiropractic to realign my hips. Much to my surprise after my assessment and exam... they were worse than I had originally thought. Dr. Vishal has been absolutely amazing and I've already seen great results in such a short amount of time. The ladies at the front desk are the cherry on top as they are always so friendly and upbeat (even at 7:30 in the morning). Be careful of how they will grab your money. This place is extremely pricy for what they do. They will charge you here and there. They will try to get you to prepay for your sessions. Be aware if youre a new client they will charge your first session just for interviewing you and a quick xray. The chiropractor I had did nothing to help with my back. He cracked me twice and that was it. There are lots of chiropractor places you can go and get way more for what you pay. I had to leave the place when i had the chance. I've always had a great experience. They have a great system, and it's more than just popping in for an adjustment. There's also advice as to how to improve treatments, different exercises and such. At this point in time, I've been going to Norwood for well over a year. I see Dr. Richard, and he came up with a treatment plan initially, that he actually modified that plan when I asked. I have no complaints whatsoever.

This is hard to write because I truly believe this is a good chiropractic centre, but I was so upset with the way they conducted there "group session" that it has left too bad a taste in my mouth not to say something. Having already gone to this group for 3 sessions they told me I needed to come to a group session where they would outline what my therapy would entail, oh and make sure you bring a loved one. I asked 3 TIMES, if it was necessary that I bring a loved one and they kept saying things like "we suggest it" "it's important" never really giving me an answer why. Two minutes into the session I realize it's just them selling and pushing HARD for other contacts. They even gave me a sheet that asked for peoples information and had a stupid one sided question, I believe it was something to the tune of "if you could save a life without doing anything would you" with a spot to circle yes or no. After this they tried to sign me up for a session that included something like 60 visits over the span of the year. I asked why I needed to sign up like that and they fed me some line about how it's necessary. I told them that I would keep coming but on a weekly basis as I see fit and when I can make it in. After that the front desk came in and even STILL tried to get me to sign up for at least 2 weeks at a time. What really pisses me off about all this in their attempt to hard sell me (and for what it's worth my girlfriend, who actually re-arranged her day to make sure she could come to what these people made seem was a medically necessary event) is I WAS ALREADY BUYING THEIR SERVICES. They wasted my time, my girlfriends time and left such a bad taste in my mouth that I feel it HAD to be spoken about. I'm sure this sales tactic works on many, but I have to let it be known that this is how these people conduct their business. Update: even after having stopped going to this clinic they even still tried to book me for more meetings, that I had not set up.

This specialized kind of enhancing Chiropractic treatment results is the wholesome effect of the healthy relationship between muscles bones and nerves working in solidarity rather than against each other, for providing a greater sense of well being, being a lot more in reality than mere muscular-skeletal benefits, as the medical association of doctors may like to preach from their pulpit promoting the medical use of drugs mainly researched funded & provided by the drug companies. This is the reason why I can soberly truly experience a better sense of well being from progressively being freed from neural constriction upon receiving spinal re-alignment adjustments that otherwise would be more severely hampered by physical emotional and mental stresses. Life is worth. truly living our potential, in progressively being renewed and refreshed thru better choices from knowing better ... knowing grace !!! Always a welcoming and friendly environment while being very efficient! I’m in and out in about 10 minutes and on with my day. I was amazed at how quickly the staffed remembered my name! They really make you feel right at home. I’ve tried other chiropractic centres before but quickly dropped them because it was too time consuming to keep up with. With Norwood it is quick, painless, and very affordable! I've had chronic upper back pain for about 2 years now and decided to make an appointment with Dr.Ledda at Norwood chiropractic. Everything was straight forward and all the staff were very welcoming. He took x rays and I had my first adjustment he then explained in detail why I was in pain and the steps I would need to take to fix the problem. A couple of visits in I started to feel relief and was finally able to ease off the pain medication. I've been seeing Dr.ledda ever since and wish I would have turned to his care sooner. He not only provides care but also educates you to live a healthier life style through exercise, nutrition and overall mental health.
