My 22 year old daughter had been in constant pain since late March. That’s seven long months of suffering. Her doctor had her take a variety of pain, steroids, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxing meds. She referred her to a physical therapist, a rheumatologist and an orthopedic specialist. Nothing helped alleviate my daughter’s pain. It was hard watching a young woman have to use a cane to get around. Then she went to the Integrative Health and Wellness Center. First of all, Dr. Kelsey is a breath of fresh air. She was so positive. Instead of saying “maybe this will help,” she said “we can help you!” To a person with anxiety, like my child, it was so very refreshing to hear those words. She listened. She heard. And then she helped. After ONE session, my daughter’s pain was cut down to virtually none. By the second appointment, she was singing the doctors’ praises. And now, after only three sessions, she’s able to resume her life as normal. Everyone is so kind and friendly. They care, and it shows. And most of all, they resolved seven months of frustration and pain in a week...one week. There is nothing I can say to convince anyone how wonderful they are at this office, but know this...no parent wants to see their child in pain, and thanks to these fine folks, I no longer have to watch her suffer. If you are considering booking an appointment, do it. You will not be sorry.

The workers and the Doctors they don't do they job for a paycheck. They do their job cause they care for their patients. If I could give a million stars i will. I recommend each and everyone who need to be taken care of right, this is the facility to go to. O for the record, the ladies upfront is so polite and helpful. I want to thank them for their care.

I am currently 38 weeks pregnant. I was experiencing a lot of pain (literally) 24/7 ever since I found out I was pregnant. Not only did Dr. Whitaker almost completely get rid of that pain, she has been such a support to me through this pregnancy. I always feel 110% better when I leave the office and I’m always so excited for my next appointment. Both herself and Dr. Ladanyi have treated my husband and I, and they have great bedside manner and are wealths of knowledge and information. I highly recommend them to everyone whether you’re having pain or just for routine adjustments. They are well worth the money as you do not only get awesome chiropractic care, but you also learn so much about your body and gain motivation to keep yourself well and taken care of. Thank you for always providing such a great experience :)

02/23/2020 Heads up, people! These folks LITERALLY saved my life. On my first visit, I presented with pain in my left arm radiating from a shoulder that I had overused. During my thorough intake evaluation, Dr. Tomas Ladanyi became concerned when he found that my blood pressure was very high and I was a touch nauseous. He asked Dr. Kelsey Whitaker, D.C. to join us. Together they explained to me that I needed immediate medical care. They expressed this need in a way that did not frighten me but expressed clearly my need to be seen. I am a snowbird whose insurance does not cover much outside of NYS. I was worried about money. Dr. Ladanyi physically took my insurance card to the nearest Urgent Care to see if my insurance would cover me there. It would not, so he hit the phones to find one that did! I went to Urgent Care and was put in the hospital for three days where they found a heart condition of which I was totally unaware. But wait. There's more! As I'm sitting in the Emergency Room, Dr. Landanyi shows up. He had checked the Urgent Care parking lot, found my car absent and came to the ER to see how I was making out. Later on, Jane from the front desk left me a message asking after me and Dr. Landanyi called me personally to see how I was coming along. Summation: I HIGHLY recommend this caring, life saving team. If I EVER have a problem in the future THIS is the team that I will see...even if I have to fly in from NY!!

Wow! This is the best experience I've ever had with any medical provider. The entire staff is kind, friendly, and accommodating. They go above and beyond! Dr. Whittaker is very empathetic and knowledgeable. She treated me through my pregnancy to help turn my breech baby and enable a healthy home birth. And now, she is taking care of my 3 week old with reflux and fussiness. She takes her time, listens, and offers hands on, tailored treatment. I'm beyond impressed with the experience and results. Honestly, I just wish I'd found this place sooner. I'll be bringing my other children asap and recommending her to everyone!

tldr; They fixed me! These Dr's actually LISTEN and care (I know what you're thinking, hell has frozen over). They addressed ALL of my concerns. Both of them were great with my son who was excited to play with everything (I'm sorry). I can't believe they found out I have an extra vertebra. After 29 YEARS! You know how many x-rays I've had? This was the only place to spot this anomaly. I had concerns about my kidneys for about 7 years now. 6 Doctors later and nothing. I was “too young to have any real problems” so no one ever checked. I then was recommended to Dr. Kelsey Whitaker for my persistent back pain. The first appointment was with Dr. Thomas Ladanyi. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Ladanyi, and he recommended blood work and x-rays (smart). Doctor's need a baseline to measure their patients’ progress/condition. Since I did not have insurance, I was hesitant, but he provided very low cost solutions. For the follow-up I saw Dr. Whitaker who explained my blood work while Dr. Ladanyi performed the adjustment (efficient, they respect your time). I now know what my issues are and wasn't treated like an uneducated peasant. Personally, I feel that these two Doctors legitimately care about my concerns, which is all I ever wanted. It's important to advocate for your health. I went years with pain because all these Doctors that did not care. It took a while to find this place but finally I am getting quality care and treatment. My back pain is gone, and I feel stronger, there is more support now. I am so thankful!!!

Today was the first time I have had to use a Chiropractor in about 5 years. I have had 2 spinal surgeries and have been to a plethora of doctors for my back pain over the span of 20 years. By far, this office was one of the best I have had the pleasure of being treated at!!! I called and got an appointment the same day! The receptionist was super friendly!! I saw Dr. Ladanyi and bc my back is so screwed up, he had to do multiple therapies, but still it only took about an hour from start to finish! I definitely recommend them to anyone that has any spinal issues, that will fix you!!

Dr. Kelsey Whitaker and Dr. Thomas Ladanyi have both helped me in times I have needed it the most… Dr. Kelsey would help me with general adjustments and provide cupping therapy sessions to make sure I was fully prepared my powerlifting meets. A side from that being a firefighter has also provided these services to me when my body was aching the most! Not only are both doctors amazing, but so is the front desk staff. Everyone at the office is so kind and generous. The office itself is always very clean and and decorative to make you feel relaxed.
