I have been seeing Dr Matt for almost 6 years now. It was one of the first things I looked for when I moved to Guelph. Not only is he helpful and gets to the root of the problem, his staff feel like family and are so pleasant to see walking through the door. It is a place I love going to, and always feel better after going! Truely worth it!!!!!

I had booked my first appointment with the chiropractor there about A week ago and had been confirmed for Monday July 5, at 2:45pm, following their long weekend closure which the receptionist had explained over the phone. That being said I had arranged to have my work day covered so I can tend to the appointment and have my pain addressed. Upon my arrival, it appeared that my appointment was not in fact scheduled into the system and they were unable to accommodate me as the practitioners were busy seeing other clients. They offered to have the practitioner late after their workday ends to see me following their last client — to which I cannot make. I was quite disappointed with the disconnect in appointment times for today (or lack there of), and the persistence of looking for another appointment time this week or next that was convenient for their current availability that they have. They had informed me to let them know of my availability and they would work around my schedule, however I would have liked to get my pain addressed sooner rather than later — especially having to book time off work for an hour appointment. The clinic followed safe covid protocols and was nice and clean upon my arrival. Receptionist was very friendly, however I am disappointed none the less. I was able to find another practitioner that was able to book me in for the same afternoon and had confirmed that my appointment slot would not be double booked.

As a massage therapist I really appreciate this clinic and their staff. Dr. Braden Lunnen especially has a very thorough and practical approach to chiropractic practice. He takes the time to explain what's going on with the body in plain English which I understand can be difficult at times but he nails it. The rest of the staff are also very kind and helpful and always make my wife and I feel welcome. I've recommended this clinic to a lot of my own clients in person but they for sure deserve a Google review ????

I have grown up with Chiropractic Care and have extreme faith in this office. Dr.Bill Adams is amazing, kind and truly cares about his patients well being. I was diagnosed and hospitalized with Guilliam Barre Syndrome in March 2013. I was unable to walk due to the nature of this syndrome. I was in to Dr.Adams office 3 times a week for 'Russian Stim' treatments to the muscles and nervous system of my weaker leg. By July, I was able to 'skip' across the parking lot. The office staff are amazing and will try their best to accommodate your schedule whether it be for an adjustment, massage, Naturopath. A friendly group of wonderful people work here! Can't say enough about this office.
