I honestly can't say enough about Dr. Tim and his staff. I was at a point of which I was struggling to type for any longer than 2 minute periods; hands would cramp up and become very tingly. I saw an Osteopath for 3 months and had no success. I was worried I was going to have to quit my job because I wasn't able to use my hands. Bottom line is that Dr. Tim's expertise has already corrected more than 50% of my discomfort. I'm hovering around the 70% mark. I have had issues for years since a motorcycle accident. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new chiropractor to help keep me moving. I had a spinal screening completed which identified a few other issues I was having (that I wasn’t aware of) and am now working to correct them. Dr. Tim is FANTASTIC! He takes his time and explains everything in detail and makes sure that all of your questions are answered. He also has his patients best interest for care and recovery at heart. Hi, My name is Robin and I have been a patient at Grace Chiropractic for a year now. I came to Grace Chiropractic as part of my healing journey. I like to think of myself as a Holistic individual and to me Chiropractic is a discipline that encompasses just that. My Journey started after being hit by a transport truck travelling at a high speed on the 400 in the Spring of 2003. I have been going to Grace chiropractic now since December 2016 . I didn't realize how important chiropractic care is until I started feeling better . Before I suffered from lower back pain and severe neck pain , I had a lump in back of my neck , woke up every morning not able to turn my head without pain. After a matter of 3 weeks my neck pain had subsided and the lump was not as big . After 2 months the neck pain was gone and so was the lump . I have never felt better in my whole life . I love coming here Dr Tim and his team clearly explain the benefits for care and will take care of your whole family! Very professional and I always feel better after an adjustment. You can sometimes actually see the results in one adjustment! For example my kids leg was shorter than the other due to a miss alignment from falling on the playground, they were back in place after the adjustment. I didn't come here with any chronic issue but you shouldn't wait till that point. You may not realize what issues are being caused by your spin being out of alignment! It is worth the assessment to know where your at and get care before your at the point he cant help you! I have heard many verbal stories from other patients who were worse than me and have had some amazing results! If you believe in treating the problem and not the symptoms this place is for you. Ever since getting crunched playing high school football (back in the 90's) my back was never 100%. I'd have off and on discomfort in my back from all sorts of little things, like shoveling snow, twisting the wrong way or just sleeping funny. I just accepted it as a part of getting older. After my wife hurt her back Dr. Tim stopped her pain and also got rid of the terrible headaches she frequently got, giving her a new lease on life. She convinced me to get checked out as it was clear to her that a healthy spine helps your general health in all sorts of ways that you may it imagine at first. I had some back pain since 18 but I went to Dr Tim after it became chronic and debilitating. The pain went all the way down my leg, and I even had tingling in my foot. About 7 months ago I decided to visit Dr. Tim Silvester to get some help with my mid and low spine. The preliminary examination was thorough with X-ray to reveal any unknown issues. It became evident to me within 2 visits that things were improving, akin to oiling a rusty bicycle chain. I love what Grace Chiropractic has done for me and taught me. After experiencing more than 6 years of debilitating pain and going to other chiropractors for extended periods of time with no relief, Dr. Tim has been a God send to me. Life was not good for me. I was in so much pain I got to a point where I couldn’t even do normal daily activities. My family doctor told me I had chronic sciatic nerve syndrome and the nerve was damaged. He offered pain killers that I wouldn’t take and sent me to another Chiropractor who treated me 3 times a week for 9 months. He treated my symptoms with manipulation to the piriformis, also gave acupuncture and laser treatment, to no effect and in fact my pain was worse, so I stopped going. I went on for years with debilitating pain until I found Dr. Tim. He has a whole different approach in treating the root of the problems of why we experience different kinds of pain. He works at aligning the spine so that the nerves that feed every part of our body are not pinched so that those nerves are free to nourish a good blood supply to every organ, thus alleviating pain. It has been a long road but today my sciatic pain is completely gone and as a bonus, I had acid reflux, vertigo, headaches, constipation, neck and back pain but now that my spine is better aligned, I’m really reaping the benefits in a multitude of ways. I cannot thank Dr. Tim enough for all he has done for me in giving me a life I can now enjoy, free of pain. I believe if the cause is treated regularly with spinal adjustments, you won’t have the symptoms. That’s what Grace Chiropractic does and I believe can do for you. My name is John McSweeney. When I first started with Dr. Tim Silvester I was suffering from violent headaches on the right side and down to my neck. Before beginning with Dr. Tim I thought that they may have been caused by changes in my eyesight so I went to the optometrist to be tested for possible new glasses and I was informed my prescription had not changed so it was not the eyesight. I was having problems getting proper sleep because of the pain on the right side of my head and down the neck. Now that I have been getting regular manipulations done by Dr. Tim the headaches have cleared up and have not returned and my sleep is sound and uninterrupted. As well, my family doctor has had me for over a decade on prescribed medication during the autumn and spring because in the autumn I have suffered severe allergic reactions to dead vegetation and in the spring severe allergic reactions to pollen. Since I have been having regular manipulations with Dr. Tim my immune system has improved in function to such a remarkable extent that the prescribed medication has no longer been needed. My family doctor has told me that he is and I quote, "amazed at how my health, especially the immune system, has improved to such an extent that I no longer require the prescriptions". I can testify that being a patient under Dr. Tim Silvester's ongoing care has benefitted me greatly.

I work in landscape construction, so I abuse my back a lot. I have always had back pain especially in the my lower back. Even other Chiropractors could not help me with my pain and numbness. I could not hold my arm above my head and life was heading downhill. Dr. Tim not only got rid of my numbness and decreased my pain, but I am also able to use my arm above my head just like years ago and I can work again. I have been seeing Dr. Tim for just over 2 months now and it has really made a huge difference in my life already. I am 27 and the reason for seeking chiropractor care was due to chronic pain in my back aswell as my neck. After having both an exam and xray, I was made aware of the fact that I was already experiencing late stage 1/beginning stage 2 of spinal degeneration. Tim is accommodating, understanding and worked with me on creating a yearly treatment plan. The adjustments have made me feel better overall, increased my mobility in my neck and I will soon be incorporating a Denneroll into my care routine to help put the curve back into my neck. I have been seeing Dr.Peter since March 2021 . I saw the assessment ad on Facebook. I have a 40+ year history of nursing and chiropractic care. It was my chiropractic treatments that enabled me to continue my career in times of acute injuries and with my long term chronic issues due to the type of workload . I have been retired for 3 years and had let my chiropractic connection lapse. My previous care provider had retired. This year I noted a lot of headaches and I was surprised to receive an X-ray of my neck with the initial assessment. I was able to see my X-ray that clearly identified an issue . Health teaching opportunities were given and my questions have been clearly answered. I have received a treatment plan that includes newer methods than I have not been used to. Another area of pain was my left sacral iliac that has been a source of concern for years. This has improved dramatically. I do follow through with my 3 exercise techniques as they are a “part of the treatment plan” that I can do independently. I enjoy the open concept atmosphere of the treatment area - less confining.
